Responsible for Quality and Food Safety systems and compliance on all innovation for Pizza (Jacks, Tombstone,
DiGiorno, California Pizza Kitchen) and Snacking (Hot Pockets) business. Responsible for mentorship and
development of Factory Quality Managers at manufacturing facilities for Frozen Meals, Pizza, and Snacking. Provide
manufacturing facilities with day to day support relating to quality, food safety, and compliance issues:
 Currently supporting 10+ Innovation projects ranging from packaging changes, ingredient changes (organic, non-
GMO, natural flavor addition) and introduction of new process in multiple stages of development.
 Leader of Technical Group Network Team to reduce consumer complaint/defects on top category losses.

Responsible for Operational Quality Assurance by leading a department of up to thirty salaried employees in
operational support to ensure conformity of products and process as well as strategic quality initiatives for factory and
technical group. Maintained compliance with FDA, USDA, ISO 22000 compliance as well as internal compliance for
microbiology and chemistry laboratories. Respond to consumer and customer feedback pertaining to products and
managed hold inventory to ensure supply.
 2016 Recipient of The Nestle USA Chairman’s OMP (Operational Master Plan) Award for Outstanding Results in
Quality based on 2015 Solon Factory Results for a 20% reduction in Consumer Complaints in 2015.
 Managed department budget in excess of $4M and drove and responsible for organizational changes to reduce budget
from $4M to ~$2.4M over a three year period.
 Achieved 50% reduction in overall holds in 2013 and a reduction in excess of $3M in product on hold for non-
