2. EXPERIENCE
1968 to 2003 – Joined Central Govt. Undertaking SAIL and served as Executive Engineer for 13 years
then shifted to Textile-Planning-Renewable energy and served for 22 years as Head of Engineering ((completed
planning of 50MW renewable energy plant. Installed 1111 Street light in one year record time)) till VRS in 2003.
2004 to 2007 – Dolphin Developers, Lucknow for their Joint venture with Reliance
Industries Ltd(Real Estate Division) – Mega Integrated Township on the bank of river Ganges.
Solar BIPV implementation by me is considered as a major project breakthrough. Independent
consultant and advisor for off grid solar project, Concentrating solar power for dye house for
textile mills and thin film application in defence sector.
2007 to 2010 – Consulting, planning and development and Project
Management of roof top PV, BIPV, swimming pool, hot water solar
installations at Sanjose, Santa Clara, CA, USA and solar farm
installation work special supervision at different locations with grid
connected and Off grid system all at California, USA. Undergone
trainings at Pacific Gas & Electric at SanFrancisco, CA, USA on solar
system etc. Gained exposure for project development, project execution
and project management at Mojave desert with peers of CSP. EXPERT
ON EPC CONTRACT AND INTEGRATED OPTIMISATION ON SOLAR
POWER GENERATION.
