Adjectives that express opinions usually come before all
others, but it can sometimes depend on what exactly you want
to emphasize:

4. We must use a comma when there are two or
more adjectives or “and” when there are
Example:
Katty has a beautiful long hair.
She had a big, ugly, old, baggy, blue, stripey, cotton, British,

The school is big and impressive.
