PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN:-ADGAS shutdown-2005, Pentane tanks project at DAS island, new
nitrogen plant EPC project-ADGAS, 16 kms of pipe excavation –Storex project of ADMA-OPCO(a 70
million USD project), bypass arrangement for shutdown at Gasco- Buhasa, Spheriod overhaul of Horton
spheres a/c ADMA-OPCO, Adgas tie-up project in joint venture with Technip and the National Iranian
Gas Company-a 1.7 billion USD project called Bid Bolland - 2 gas treatment facility which is located
in south west Iran, approximately , 15 kms from Behbahan city in the Khuzestan province to process a
maximum of 2 billion cubic feet sweet sour gas per day. The treated gas was to be fed into the national
Igat pipeline network whilst ethane would be supplied as a feedstock to the Arvand petrochemical
complex & propane /butane and heavier condensate to be exported for sale via a new storage facility at
Mahashahr—this is a big joint venture between Dragados -Spain, Sazeh/ Jahanpars-Iran & Costain..
Waste water & sewage treatment plants a/c Adma -Opco at the LNG jetty in Das island.

Building customer base for incoming projects including PPP streams. Conducting ministerial/high level meetings and pacifying statutory bodies of Govt./B ureaucracy apropos to the respective countries/regions as and where applicable. Resolving typical matters cropping in the line of projects. Negotiating with customers and suppliers to meet the deadlines of the project cutting short the commercial terms and conditions. Apprising banks and arranging proper cash flow to run the show. Planning and allocating the desired funds/manpower from various categories to schedule the projects. Drawing and deciding the ways and means to meet the targets with a well defined responsibility matrix. Vendor development with vigil on their monopolies to achieve competitive prices for all high valued items. Concluding inspection agencies. Apprising CMD/board for the ongoing global projects including the incoming/prospective/PPP projects in toto with detailed presentation as & when required. Moderating the budgeting of projects to meet the bottom lines with care & caution .Freezing JV’s/MOU’s/Tie- Ups/SPV’s/Subcontractor & Sponsorship agreements/Tripartite national & International agreements. Modulating strategies to catch the good funded projects amongst the competition of major players. Execution & co-ordination of all projects in India & abroad addressing the critical/typical quagmires holding the progress. Major achievements are-  Growth of a strong Bidding, Engineering & Marketing team.  Development of JV partners/Technology tie-ups/Consortiums/SPVs.  Modulation of Market- intelligence team/network.  Making Business teams in India & abroad.  Cohesion with JICA/JNNURM/ADB/World Bank agencies.  Crafted swift strategies to catch the good orders.  Task orientation of the teams to address water, power/infra sectors.  Induction of Procurement & Logistics coordinators to expedite major/critical matls right from approval of drgs to dispatch.  Developed manpower & resources to monitor, execute, coordinate & commission the lingering projects.  Completion & handing over of an INR 8000 million worth Sohar project in Oman.  Execution of critical projects in India & abroad with a team of professionals.  Bagged an INR 6000 million project from BUIDCO , India.   • 4. 4th =From Jan 2006 –April-2008 WABAG GROUP, AUSTRIA / INDIA RESPONSIBILITIES:= Monitoring and coordinating EPC/LSTK/IR projects in ONGC, HPCL, IOCL,VSP,GULFAR,KWA & DJB, including other projects scattered in India & abroad. Controlling engineering, quality control, procurement, site affairs, bottlenecks, critical issues at the level of MD/Directors and above in various top organizations. Conducting high level meetings and pacifying statutory bodies related to the different departments with the Govt./Bureaucracy of the respective countries/regions as and where applicable. Trouble shooting typical matters cropping in the line of projects. Negotiating with customers and suppliers to meet the deadlines of the project cutting short the uncalled requirements of the commercial terms and conditions. Planning and allocating the desired manpower from various categories to schedule the projects. Drawing and deciding the ways and means to meet the targets with suitable division of responsibilities. Vendor development and cracking their monopolies to achieve competitive prices for all high valued equipments. Finalising inspection agencies like TUV, EIL ,LLOYDS and Bureau Veritas etc. Execution of the assignments till completion and handover to the end user/customer. Supported employee strength-300 persons. 3rd =Jan 2004-Dec 2005 COSTAIN U.K (UAE, ABU DHABI) MIDDLE EAST EXPERIENCE AS HOD (P/E): AREA OF OPERATION= Processing of bids/projects with surveys/site visits/pre-bid meetings & segregation of scope of work for civil, mechanical, piping, electrical & instrumentation linked with the required engg including planning, method statements, execution plans, manpower histograms, key dates & bar charts, s-curves etc for large scale EPC contracts on the pattern of a turnkey execution with a team of planners, civil, mech, E&I esitmators & engineers, technical writers, proposal coordinators & compilers. With front end engg design (feed), as and where applicable, in individual capacity, joint ventures, tie-ups & consortiums till the installation and commissioning of the projects in toto monitoring at level –1, level-2, level-3, level-4 & level-5 schedules of all the key project activities. The treated gas was to be fed into the national Igat pipeline network whilst ethane would be supplied as a feedstock to the Arvand petrochemical complex & propane /butane and heavier condensate to be exported for sale via a new storage facility at Mahashahr—this is a big joint venture between Dragados -Spain, Sazeh/ Jahanpars-Iran & Costain..
