A word from the team
MAKS & PARTNERS represents the dynamic energy of fusion
and movement. Fusion in the binding of both scientific and
artistic disciplines, concept and detailed design, the old and
the new, the dreams and reality.
Movement in the bold mentality the firm has developed to
evolve itself, a global crash doesn’t have to bring you to a
standstill. The team blends these core attributes in our daily
work and is represented from the management to the design-
ers.
We are collectively more than architects, engineers, and project
studies, together we are creators.
At your service
MAKS & PARTNERS are a multi-disciplined firm who combine Ar-
chitectural Design with Engineering Visualization. When creating
functional design we believe that all elements need to be harmo-
nious and complimenting to one another, surrounding the core
Structure Design we apply our Interior Design, Projects Feasibility
Studies, Project Management and Supervision resources.
We have flourished into becoming a prominent Urban Plan-
ning firm, building communities and supportive infrastruc-
ture means a great deal more then connecting utilities, these
channels will control the movement of people above the qual-
ity services which brought them there.
Our Construction, Quality Control and Quantity Surveillance
departments monitor the invisible complex networks underneath
and around the visible experience, as we put just as much at-
tention whilst remaining efficient and sustainable to the Eco
system of the area, under control by our in-house Environment
department.
Resourceful design through Value Engineering and an expertise
understanding of design synergy together, heighten the perfor-
mance of our firm and clientele, this is how we do it.

The firm
MAKS & partners is the result of a partnership between Architects, Engineers and
Businessmen, where each partner, a leader in his field, has brought his creativity,
experience and knowledge, to create an idyllic engineering consultancy firm, rising
beyond all expectations.
For many years, MAKS and Partners has presented a creative approach to Archi-
tecture and Engineering. Our work reflects the determination of our employees
to bring the most satisfaction to our clients and our culture reflects the commit-
ments that our employees have practiced over the years.
Through out years of practice and experience, MAKS & Partners concepts have
been driven by both, passion and distinction. It is not only buildings and cities
that we create, but also a way of life.
We believe that each structure engages with the tradition of its place and posi-
tively affects the well being of its surroundings. It is why we are sensitive to the
culture and to the climate of each project location, and concerned with its physical
context. The company’s head office is located in Dubai & it is structured in 6 main
departments: Planning & Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical
& Electrical Engineering, Urbanism and Landscaping and Interior Design.
The head office is linked to all our branches around the world: Paris, Beirut,
Canada, Iraq and Syria. We are involved in different kinds of projects: Public and
private, Design, Consultancy, and Supervision.
We are committed to provide all necessary resources for each project, adjusting the
in-house allocated workforce to match the type and the scale of the project managers
requirements. We are committed to provide for each project, an independent team
of Project Managers, Architects, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engi-
neers, IT Engineers, Landscape and Interior Designers, with all necessary office backup.
MAKS and partners is an associate to many prestigious international companies
in Tokyo, Paris Toronto and New York.

The Architecture department of MAKS & Partners is at the core of the firm, from here the visionary design, stud-
ies of innovation and iconic landmarks can be brought to life through efficient management, detailed analysis of
continuous tracking performance.

is built up of middle eastern and western qualified staff who have solid expertise with international projects

dynamics of your projects relation to the land and how best to formulate operations accordingly.
