Achievements
March 2008 to date
• Worked Coast farmcare agrovet ltd in general management 2013 to date in the
invoicing and purchasing department.
• Led to transition of coast farmcare agrovet from a sole proprietor business to a
private ltd company,
• Led to computerization and installation of accounting systems to capture all daily
transactions from the manual ,
• Introduction of stock control systems which improved stock management in the
stores department to monitor minimum stocks and expiry dates for all the stocks
in the company .
• Led to growth of company assets and overall turn over growth .
• Introduction of organized debtors list and monthly debtors circularization for
efficient debtors management.
• Led to timely payment of suppliers through issuance of cheques on receiving of
goods.
• Led to improved purchasing and ensured stock outs are not observed for highly
demanded products.
• Worked in ndolo investments chain of hotels as the assistant accountant where I
gained knowledge in book keeping such as cashbooks, general legder and petty
cash book updating on monthly basis

I have seven years’ experience accounting environment whereby I have worked in the
various departments in accounting such invoicing, purchasing, book keeping ,receivables
and payables department in different organizations.
Accountant coast farm care June 2013 to date
• Growth new business in both assets and liabilities for the company

opportunities for organisation;

of debts and payments to suppliers.
