Letter of recommendation for Ivana Jakovljev

Ivana Jakovljev has been a volunteer of Center for Emotional Support and suicide prevention
SRCE since 2007. She is very active in offering support by phone and e-mail as well as street and
all outdoor activities. One of them was training of new volunteers. As important and reliable part
of the team of 6 volunteers, she was in charge to recruit, interview, select and prepare potential
candidates for future duties. She was active also in projects for the protection of groups under
special suicide and development of voluntary work in schools.
Since 2011. she has been a treasurer of the Center. As such, her role is to control financial planing,
budgeting and reporting, to effect payments and record keeping and to keep financial oversight.
Important part of her role is also to assist in developing fundraising strategy and ensure minitoring
and reporting.
Based on my experience of cooperation with Ivana Jakovljev, I can present her as an extremely
intelligent and energetic member of team, with great organizational capacities. Her sensitivity for
social processes in the group that she works with and the capacity to react immediately and
efficiently are remarkable. For me it was always a pleasure to work with her because of her
mentioned qualities and absolute reliability in the working process.
