REFERENCE
Vivien started working at "Jdv6bar6t" Foundation in March 2013 as a junior assistant. She took part
in the afternoon programs (Creative Workshop), which provides the 10-18 year old children with
alternative free-time activities on weekdays. Mvien demonstrated great creativity from the
beginning; she successfully coordinated the crafts workshops and besides artwork she initiated
meaningful, helping discussions with the kids. Her skills and professionalism were shown in
individual cases as well, she easily gets along with young people and many times they came
particularly to Mvien to seek help for their personal problems.
,
Vivien has been open for new knowledge, expertise and skills from the first moment; she has been
training herself continuously.
Between September 20L3 and January 2015 Vivien was a mentor in the foundation's scholarship
program: she kept in touch with 5 young people on a daily basis, assisted them in personal matters,
helped with their schoolwork and contacted their professors when needed. All these activities were
detailed and reported monthly.
Vivien also took part and excelled in the administrative part of our work. She precisely led the
registrar of the daily programs, and assisted with putting the year-end reports and calculations
together.
For two times she was a supervisor in the summer camps where she adapted to the local conditions
very easily and efficiently.
'During the refurbishment of our facility she came up with and supported us with her creative and
useful ideas, tips.
We acknowledge that Vivien was a very flexible, kind, communicative and dedicated colleague, and
we wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors.
