WORK EXPERIENCE
[July 2015 – December 2015] International Rescue Committee (IRC) Amman , Jordan
Worked as a Donor reporting officer in the Grants department in the Amman office. Donor reports are being revised,
written, and combined on a monthly basis for the diverse donors. Reporting calendars, trackers and meetings where
prepared with minutes, feed backs and action points. Meetings with the project managers to ensure projects and grants
are working well and being on track with time and dates of submissions. Use OTIS online grants system to withdraw data
and insert it in action plans and proposals. Update all data for all activities on the activity information UNHCR online
data base, in addition to preparing travel requests, budget narratives, grants pipeline, and GMM’s.
[May 2015 – July 2015] International Rescue Committee (IRC) Amman , Jordan
Worked as a Government & Donor consultant in the Grants department in the Amman office. MOPIC, governmental
applications where written with action plans, activity logs and budgets placed. Reporting calendars, trackers and meetings

[March 2015- May 2015 ] International Rescue Committee (IRC) Mafraq, Amman
Worked as a community worker in the Outreach Team in North of Jordan region specifically in Mafraq and Zaatari area.
Conducted awareness for refugees ( Syrian) about Gender Based Violence, Family and child protection , woman’s rights and
health, abuse and rape.
Took part of organizing events for the Syrian refugees through fun activities, music, games and awareness sessions in their
regions. In addition to helping them financially, physically and emotionally by providing psychosocial support and help,

food and drinks, clothes and health procedures.
Through this NGO we provided all vulnerable refugees with the appropriate counseling and group therapy to enhance their
social and emotional wellbeing in addition to raising awareness and self-consciousness about family, life and accepting their
present situations.
In addition to that I visited the refugees in their homes/ tents to understand their lifestyle and to assess their case and
family’s well being, to provide the appropriate help in order to enhance their life psychologically to physically. Also I was
part of the adolescent group therapy that took place in schools, community associations and public gatherings.
[2014-2015] Center for Relational Leadership Texas, Austin
Worked as an intern in the center and was part of all the trainings that were offered to singles, couples and married couples.
Shadow coached all the trainings; Keeping Marriage Healthy, Relational Impact, Relational needs and Business as Unusual.
Was part of Twogether in Texas program, and gave couples training and extra counseling sessions in order for them to
obtain a state certificate and a license to get married.
Was part of training and counseling McCoy’s business headquarters and store managers, shadow coached all the counseling
sessions that took part of the training.
Helped in giving a Legacy Class for Texas State University, McCoy business school students, and coached some students
and helped in shadow coaching group-counseling sessions called Keeping Business as Unusual.
Was part of the research team in the center and helped in providing research articles and material for a book that will be
published soon covering both business and psychology material to be used in university and business.
Trained as a psychologist on Intimacy Therapy and was part of a singles intensive training and a more than counseling
training in Austin, Texas. That included counseling people (singles, married…) and practicing counseling techniques
specifically in Intimacy Therapy.
[2013 - 2014] Relational Needs Center Lebanon
Attended two Relational Needs counseling courses in fall and spring and worked as a shadow coach/ counselor with a
diverse group of people ( married couple – youth).

Accompanied diverse international psychologists and counselors from Sweden and the US in the Zaatari Syrian Refugee
Camp in North Jordan to help counsel families and traumatized children after their war experience in Syria.
