Introduction
Due to tropical and sub tropical climates, a variety of fruits and vegetables are grown in
Bangladesh. Our country has 58.9% land area to cultivate different types of fruits and cereals.
But the status of fruit and vegetables consumption rate shows us a different picture.
Unfortunately, a large amount of food we lost every year due to
lack of a proper way of processing.

 Fruits -14g

This table only shows that
how much money we are
losing every year due to lack
of proper processing
technology.
Here we find a way to overcome this problem. We made a business
model to carry our fresh fruits and vegetables to the consumer
by using modern processing and packaging system. Now we can
supply our consumers with healthy fresh fruits and vegetables. Besides
ours, farmers can get proper value of their crops. Also through this
business we can provide employment to the rural people of
Bangladesh. We will meet the demand of our country and
export our products abroad which will strengthen the
economy of our country and make our country a high place in
world market.
To supply our healthy, nutritious and fresh fruits and
vegetables to our consumer we take many steps such as cleaning,
disinfect, modern processing, packaging, and storage. We have
extended the shelf life of our fruits and vegetables so that we can
enjoy seasonal fruits and vegetables throughout the year. We
can process one-fourth of our gross national product, which in
many cases reduces the amount of vegetables that are wasted due to
lack of processing.
From the foregoing discussion, it is clear that our business model
is made up to serve our country as well as our consumer by
provide them fresh, safe and healthy fruits and vegetables.

Our Vision is to become one of the leading fruits & vegetable processing brands
not just in Bangladesh but also on the global stage.
Our mission statement as a commercial industry is to go into full – time
Processing of vegetables and fruits that will not only be consumed in Bangladesh
but also exported to other parts of the world.
We want to make our product popular in our country as well as in the world.

SWOT Analysis
 A SWOT analysis is a compilation of any company's strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
 A SWOT analysis is a planning process that helps any company overcome
challenges and determines what new leads to pursue.
 Here is the summary of SOWT analysis performed to find out the Strength,
Weakness, and Opportunities & Threats to our company.
Strength
 We getting raw materials at a cheap price
 Availability of internet and mobile banking makes our business easy.
 We have some of the latest vegetable processing machines.
 We do not need so much skill full people for grading, shorting, washing
etc. that’s saves our money.
 Lastly, now people are very concerned about hygiene. We maintain it
strictly that attracts the consumer to our product.
Weakness
 Our fruits and vegetables is so much perishable.
 Controlee temperature at 0-150 C
 Insufficient of Air controlled Vehicle
 Tough to get found.
Opportunities:
 We offer seasonal fresh vegetables and fruits in offseason.
 We export our seasonal vegetables and fruits all around
 We will export our processed fresh fruits and vegetables to those countries
who are unable to produce it.
 Lastly, we are ready to take advantage of any opportunity that is available in
the industry.
Threat:
 Increasing number of competitors.
 Instable price of Fruits and vegetables.
 High price of our product.
 Economic downturn affects purchasing/spending power of consumer.
 Lastly, arrival of a new vegetable processing industry in the same location where our
target market exists and who may want to adopt the same business model like us.
 If you look at Bangladesh, here people usually goes for shopping
with a bag made of plastic or jute from home and buy products
from open market. The environment of an open market is not so much
clean or hygienic. They have no tension about the hygiene, they think
about products price more than the quality. They argue with the seller
buy the products at the lowest price. They buy vegetables that are dirty
or unclean in the open market. The product is clean or unclean,
hygienic or unhygienic they have no headache about that.
 But now a days, young generation and conscious citizen think about the
hygiene, cleanness, products quality before purchasing.
They think more about the quality than the price. They preferred a well
organized environment for shopping instead of open market.
 That’s why the demands of super shop are increasing. In a super
shop, everything is well organized, processed and quality
full products. And with the increasing demands of super shop, the
demands of fresh processed fruits and vegetables are also increasing.

 Sponsor relevant community based events/programs
 Leverage on the internet and social media platforms like; Instagram,
Facebook, twitter, YouTube, Google + et al to promote our business
 Install our Bill Boards on strategic locations all around Dhaka,
Rajshahi and Chottogram city
 Distribute our fliers and handbills in target areas
 Contact corporate organizations and residents in our target areas by
calling them up and informing them about our brand.
 Advertise our vegetable farms in our official website and employ
strategies that will help us pull traffic to the site.
 Ensure that all our staff members wear our branded shirts and all our
vehicles and trucks are well branded with our company logo et al.
Publicity and Advertising Strategy
 A fresh fruits and vegetables processing industry depends on same
principle. They produce hygiene, fresh and pathogenic free foods.
 We are developing a modern business plan. Here we consider our
consumers health safety as well as safety of our employee.
 We are developing a modern processing and packaging system which help
us to keep our fruits and vegetables fresh for a long time. We avoid all
types of harmful chemicals and preservatives to extend our product
self-life.
 To keep our environment clean we use the bio-degradable elements for
our product packaging. To consider our country's weather we use air
controlee van to keep our product fresh. We follow a simple but effective
pathway to send our products at the consumer’s door.
 To maintain our company economy we are following some of the most
common payment methods so that our consumer can pay easily for
our products. Our specialist team always thinks about our product safety
and always maintains hygiene.
 We believe that our industry will be the number one fruits and vegetable
processing industry not only in our country but also in the world.

  • 3. Introduction Due to tropical and sub tropical climates, a variety of fruits and vegetables are grown in Bangladesh. Our country has 58.9% land area to cultivate different types of fruits and cereals. But the status of fruit and vegetables consumption rate shows us a different picture. Unfortunately, a large amount of food we lost every year due to lack of a proper way of processing. In Bangladesh  *According to FAO/WHO 2003  126g/day/capita  Leafy vegetables -23g  Non leafy vegetables -89g  Fruits -14g *According to HIES 2005 The consumption of fruits and vegetables in Bangladesh including potato is 253g/day/capita *According to FAO/WHO 2003 Minimum requirement of fruits and vegetables in Bangladesh is 400g/day/capita Children Health Status in Bangladesh (Less than 5 years) *According to BDHS 2009 & BCIP 2010 Low Birth Weight -33% Under Weight -41% Stunting -17% Anemia -35%
  • 4. This table only shows that how much money we are losing every year due to lack of proper processing technology.
  • 5. Here we find a way to overcome this problem. We made a business model to carry our fresh fruits and vegetables to the consumer by using modern processing and packaging system. Now we can supply our consumers with healthy fresh fruits and vegetables. Besides ours, farmers can get proper value of their crops. Also through this business we can provide employment to the rural people of Bangladesh. We will meet the demand of our country and export our products abroad which will strengthen the economy of our country and make our country a high place in world market. To supply our healthy, nutritious and fresh fruits and vegetables to our consumer we take many steps such as cleaning, disinfect, modern processing, packaging, and storage. We have extended the shelf life of our fruits and vegetables so that we can enjoy seasonal fruits and vegetables throughout the year. We can process one-fourth of our gross national product, which in many cases reduces the amount of vegetables that are wasted due to lack of processing. From the foregoing discussion, it is clear that our business model is made up to serve our country as well as our consumer by provide them fresh, safe and healthy fruits and vegetables.

Our mission statement as a commercial industry is to go into full – time Processing of vegetables and fruits that will not only be consumed in Bangladesh but also exported to other parts of the world. SWOT Analysis  A SWOT analysis is a compilation of any company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.  A SWOT analysis is a planning process that helps any company overcome challenges and determines what new leads to pursue.  Here is the summary of SOWT analysis performed to find out the Strength, Weakness, and Opportunities & Threats to our company. Strength  We getting raw materials at a cheap price  Availability of internet and mobile banking makes our business easy.  We have some of the latest vegetable processing machines.  We do not need so much skill full people for grading, shorting, washing etc. that’s saves our money.  Lastly, now people are very concerned about hygiene. We maintain it strictly that attracts the consumer to our product.
  • 10. Weakness  Our fruits and vegetables is so much perishable.  Controlee temperature at 0-150 C  Insufficient of Air controlled Vehicle  Tough to get found. Opportunities:  We offer seasonal fresh vegetables and fruits in offseason.  We export our seasonal vegetables and fruits all around  We will export our processed fresh fruits and vegetables to those countries who are unable to produce it.  Lastly, we are ready to take advantage of any opportunity that is available in the industry. Threat:  Increasing number of competitors.  Instable price of Fruits and vegetables.  High price of our product.  Economic downturn affects purchasing/spending power of consumer.  Lastly, arrival of a new vegetable processing industry in the same location where our target market exists and who may want to adopt the same business model like us.
  • 11.  If you look at Bangladesh, here people usually goes for shopping with a bag made of plastic or jute from home and buy products from open market. The environment of an open market is not so much clean or hygienic. They have no tension about the hygiene, they think about products price more than the quality. They argue with the seller buy the products at the lowest price. They buy vegetables that are dirty or unclean in the open market. The product is clean or unclean, hygienic or unhygienic they have no headache about that.  But now a days, young generation and conscious citizen think about the hygiene, cleanness, products quality before purchasing. They think more about the quality than the price. They preferred a well organized environment for shopping instead of open market.  That’s why the demands of super shop are increasing. In a super shop, everything is well organized, processed and quality full products. And with the increasing demands of super shop, the demands of fresh processed fruits and vegetables are also increasing. Market Analysis Market Trends

Our Target Market We will ensure that we position our business to attract consumers of fresh vegetables and fruits not just in Bangladesh alone but other parts of the world which is why we will be exporting some of our vegetables and fruits either in raw or processed form to other countries of the world.   • 14.  A fresh fruits and vegetables processing industry depends on same principle. They produce hygiene, fresh and pathogenic free foods.  We are developing a modern business plan. Here we consider our consumers health safety as well as safety of our employee.  We are developing a modern processing and packaging system which help us to keep our fruits and vegetables fresh for a long time. We avoid all types of harmful chemicals and preservatives to extend our product self-life.  To keep our environment clean we use the bio-degradable elements for our product packaging. To consider our country's weather we use air controlee van to keep our product fresh. We follow a simple but effective pathway to send our products at the consumer’s door.  To maintain our company economy we are following some of the most common payment methods so that our consumer can pay easily for our products. Our specialist team always thinks about our product safety and always maintains hygiene.  We believe that our industry will be the number one fruits and vegetable processing industry not only in our country but also in the world.
