What’s an Olympics without physical activity?
Twice a week we will have Zoom sessions where you get to show off how good
you are at physical activities and competitions.
Working out at home with us has never been more fun!
Note: that event is for juniors only (9-13 years old)

What we need from you!
1. Go to the Olympics Program page, and find out when the Fitness Fun
sessions are held (they are TWICE a week)
2. Attend the Zoom sessions and participate in the interactive events that are
planned!
3. Make sure to wear shorts/t-shirt or anything you like to exercise in
4. If you get tired, don’t worry! There will be points given for doing your best!

Rules and Guidelines
1. This is open to juniors only (9-13 year old)
2. Please be on time to your Zoom sessions (Attendance can be used to get points)
3. In your Zoom sessions, remember to keep your video ON (might be worth extra points!)
4. Make sure you have enough space to be able to move around
5. You can receive up to 50 points per session
6. Please listen and follow along with our volunteers. You may lose points for disturbing
others.
