HERE WE GIVE YOU SOME TIPS TO MOTIVATE
YOU WITH YOUR OWN TRAINING, SO YOU
DON’T MISS ANY AND ARE ABLE TO GET THE
MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE.
1- HAVING A PLAN
Having a busy life to leads us to have an irregular
schedule which makes it difficult to leave us with
time to train, therefore it is advisable to leave a
weekly space in your schedule for programmed
sessions. This has the opportunity to form into a
daily routine, that does not result in a burden to us.
2-PREPARE WELL
One of the ways to facilitate the predisposition to a
training session, is to adapt ourselves correctly for it,
such as the use of comfortable sports clothing of our
liking as well as accessories such as heart rate
monitors, music, apps on the mobile that register our
training.
3- AVOID ROUTINES
What is fundamental is our motivation for training. If you
always perform the same routine on the same days and you
do not vary this, the only thing we achieve is that it
becomes harder every time to put on your tracksuit.
Changing routines, routes or places where we train helps us
to motivate ourselves in the sessions, resulting in improved
performance.
4-AVOID TRAINGING LONE
What is fundamental is our motivation for training. If you
always perform the same routine on the same days and you
do not vary this, the only thing we achieve is that it
becomes harder every time to put on your tracksuit.
Changing routines, routes or places where we train helps us
to motivate ourselves in the sessions, resulting in improved
performance.
5-BEING DISTRACTED HELP
Talking with your training partner, such as watching
TV or listening to music makes our training more
enjoyable, including finishing in less time and not
making ourselves so tired/ heavy
6-HAVE REALISTIC GOALS
We must be realistic, if we are training for the first
time it is important to set short term goals, because if
we aspire to do something very difficult at first it is
likely to disappoint us and to abandon the sport
quickly.
7-REWARDING ACHIEVEMENTS
As we are reaching our personal goals, it is very good
to give ourselves a prize from time to time, which
will motivate us to continue improving.
TO END:
It is important to remember the feeling of our body
at the end of training, the feeling of being healthy
and happy with ourselves. So every time we want to
skip a session, remember that sensation!
