• An Institution working for over 20 years to strengthen
the community and local organizations.
• Assisting the evaluation of their own process
development and strengthening of individual and their
collective abilities.
• The main role is working together and helping achieve
the best conditions for the development and growth of
Institutions and organizations.
4. Intsol is an NGO which promotes human social development
dedicated to personal social work of people and their
organizations selecting areas according to their conditions
of poverty, bearing in mind christian principles and focusing
on social develpment, continuous improvement of its
multidisciplinary teams and leading financial sustainability
for the community.

5. The community organizations and our institutions work
with autonomy and strategic vision to work for their
own growth and establishing relations with other public
and private organizations, contributing community and
local development in the actual zones selected in
Huaycán and Amauta and other areas to be chosen
during the periord 2013 – 2020.

We have 3 interelated strategic objectives to
maintain a unified process of development
and social construction:
1. For the organizations and aid institutions
to achieve participation in the personal,
community and local development
processes.
2. Getting social entrepreneurs organised to
contribute to the sustainable economic
development of the communiy.
3. Generate organisational knowledge,
development skills, working according to

8. FAMILY AND TEACHERS TOGETHER FOR CHILDREN’S
DEVELOPMENT
With this project we teach the principle role of the educator , together with an
important strategy to achieve change objectives.
9. This project tries to solve family and student problems in two colleges IE. 1279
(primary and secondary) and I.E 1289 (Kindergarden and primary)-. We seek to
strengthen together with the role of parents and teachers to achieve the potential
of integrated child development.
10. - There is a separation between school, family and community, which
does not help the development of the students.
- The family and community play and important role in promoting
and organising activities for the good of the children.
- But these same people generate internal conflict and
disorganisation among them.
- There is not clarity in the funtion of their role as educator.
¿Why is this project important?
12. - Seeks to achieve processes for local development with the local
population, empowering them to stregthen their leadership skills in
health promotion.
- Seeks to promote healthly activities, nutrition skills and healthly
eating.
- We have been working for 4 years in the P and Z zones of Huaycan, we
are now in the third year of work.
13. - Looking at the role of women in society.
- Contributing understanding to the people about the subject of
health and prevention.
- Teaching the same women to achieve autonomy
- Achievement through colective team work.

14. Strenghtening of PRONOEI and
PET
Pronoei: Non school program of the kindergarden
PET: Program of early development
15. This project seeks to improve the skills of teachers in early
development while focusing on where play and the role of parents is
important. With the objective that these skills are reflected in their
work with the children.
16. ¿Por qué es importante?
- Se logrará el involucramiento de los padres en los procesos de
aprendizaje de los niños a través del juego.
- Capacitación personalizada de las 30 promotoras
- Se reflejaran las destrezas adquiridas en el trato con los niños.
18. - This project has been implemented in seven public secondary
institutions in ATE.
- We seek to teach leaders and educators to participate, giving
experiences and empowering them to build teaching
processes.
- The vision of this project is collective empowerment in
pedagogical areas on the part of the educators.
- With the goal that they can repeat and help them in what they
have to do with the students in their own schools.
19. - Gives a different way of looking at education, this is active, not
passive.
- Promotes development, better than the usual tools that the
educators know, and encourages the participation of the
community to make changes.
- The changes are made at the same time as their own students
activities.
Why is this project important?
21. Working together with leaders of the organizations and teaching
leadership skills. We work with young people, neightbour organizations
and womens organizations, seeking to develop and strenghten their
abilities.
22. - We should strengthen the abilities of leaders of
organizations, whether young people or neightbour
organizations.
- We refocus the abilities which they already have and
strengthen them in a sustainable way.
- In the public sector, they do not have a place where they
can develop and learn skills.
