4. Announcements
Attention Track and Field athletes who went to
the Zone meet. It is very important that you
return your jersey and trip tag to Mrs. Wilson if
you have not done so already.
Remember to bring those reusable water
bottles! Reminder the graph with the nest
points is outside the bathrooms! The nest in the
lead is Red Nest! Keep up the good work ICPS!

On Monday, we will have a special visitor in our
school. His name is David and he is visiting
Canada from Nicaragua, and he will be
spending time with the grade 6, 7 and 8
students to talk about life in Nicaragua. Be sure
to say ‘hello’ or ‘ola’ to David when you see him
in the halls.

The be-jeweled broom award goes to Mrs.
Gardner’s ⅘ class.
Weather is changing... remember to bring hat,
sunscreen, and reusable water bottle to fill up.
Friendly reminder we have contigo bottles and
nest labels for $10.00.

8. Eco Daily Message
Make a natural mouthwash.
A tablespoon of 3% hydrogen peroxide in a
cup of water can be used as a mouthwash.
Swish for up to 60 seconds but don’t swallow
and be sure to rinse after.
