The Oral Health Team is back again today. This is a good
time to think about how important our teeth are. We need
them to chew our food, to make sounds when we talk and to
smile at our friends. Remember to smile for the Oral Health
Team!

Intermediate Boys Volleyball
Yesterday the boys played their first game in Minesing.
Toughing it out during 4 games, the boys began to put their
skill-set to work and accomplished a few rallies, serves and
serve returns. Our team plays again tonight in our gym. A few
Intermediate students are needed to keep score. Let Mr. I
know if you can help.

Great job to the intermediate girls basketball team who won
last night against holly meadows, 40-24.
A reminder that there is an intermediate girls basketball
practice tomorrow after school.

Patriot Leadership Team meeting at second recess in
Schroder’s room to discuss the Santa Claus Parade.
Teachers, please make sure all of our families know that our
Remembrance Day assembly is tomorrow, Thursday Nov. 9th
starting at 11:30 and they are welcome to join us.

The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to Pine River next week!
Beginning Tuesday November 14th and running until the
following Monday November 20th, the Book Fair will be open
from 9am until 4pm each day, except for Thursday November
16th when it will be open until 7:30 p.m. Trivia questions will
begin next week! You could win $10.00 to spend at the book
fair. And don’t forget to bring in your coupon from the
brochure for a chance to win $25 in books for you AND
YOUR TEACHER! Your adventure awaits at the Scholastic
Book Fair!!
