 Documentation:
 AssistHOIA (Head of Internal Audit) in reviewing Audit Reports including verifying data on
SAP.
 Firmup auditschedule forauditors inconsultationwithHOIA and monitoring of Audit plans
with actual audits within overall annual plan as approved by The Audit Committee of
Directors and special audits.
 Maintaining back up records (soft copies as well as hard copies) of all the audit reports.
(Relatingtoall listed companiesi.e. JKTIL,JKAgri GeneticsLtd.,Florence Investech Ltd., and
of the other group companies).
 Quarterlyreviewof auditreportsof all the Companies for summarizing / preparing note for
review by Management as well as Audit Committee of Directors including follow up with
respective Plants/Marketingofficesforupdate onactionstaken over audit observations in
last audit reports.
 Preparing supportive review documents / presentations for Audit Committee Meeting.
 Manage correspondence of Headof Internal Audit, letters, presentations, reports, minutes
of meeting and SAP.
 Calendar Management – co-ordinate meetings - onsite & offsite and allied services.
 Travel Management– Itinerary,logistics&accommodationfor HOIA and Auditteam,verification
/ checking travel bills of team of auditors before submitting for approval to HOIA.
 Data Management– Compilationof AuditReportfoldersforAuditCommitteeMeetingsof JKTIL,
JK Agri, Florence & CliniRx.
 Co-ordinate with Plants & HO A/c for getting reports/data and intimation in advance to
Plants/Agri for audit schedules.
 Achievements:
 Self-initiative – Working on SAP like checking data about Debit / Credit Notes, Invoices,
Stock, overdue outstandings etc.
 Additional Assignment - Managed making review sheets for Board and review of President
based on reports independently.
