 Develop and implement quality checks for these measures of quality: Accuracy, Timeliness and Completeness.
 Analyzing of ‘Financial Reports’
 To provide accurate and reliable financial market data related to Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss account and Cash
Flow to internal database and to internal/external clientele.
 Spot check / detailed reviews of companies updated by RA / SRA and provides qualitative feedback.
 Initiate and follow through on root cause analysis of key quality issues.
 Taking care of share related data, par value, voting rights, no. of shares outstanding, CHS etc.
 Analyzing on Press Releases, 10Ks, 10Qs, and Proxy statements of US, CANADA, APAC, ANZ Companies.
 Segmental and Geographical analysis of the revenue, operating income, assets and EPS of the company.
 Research on different corporate actions like M&A, Stock splits etc, and showing their impact on earnings.
 Classification of the companies on the basis of industry as per the guide lines of NAICS and SIC.
