Prohibition has never worked and Indiana will soon be surrounded by at least medical marijuana

3 Indiana may be a red state historically but I’d rather see it as a state that would vote for integrity,
democracy, and rights for all. If that changes it to a swing state then so be it. To remain a red state
regardless is declaring the same posture of the current administration and the GOP controlled
Congress, both which are stomping on the constitution and our democratic process. States need
to do what they can to protect against an administration that is off the rails. I don’t see us as part
of trump’s (35-40%) base who are so far right our civil rights could be at risks. But we are lumped
into it because of the red state status. Turns my stomach. With strong, fair, and truly democratic
leadership, we can remind any DC administration they need to mirror us, not us them.

4 Superintendent of public instruction should be on here too. She has done nothing... but change

7/21/2018 11:58 AM
5 People need to spend a bit more time learning and remembering history before making judgments
about politics. If they did, they'd see that both parties on the national level have had the same
kinds of failures that are self-inflicted. It's when we look at each other with contempt that we start
to come apart as a nation.

someone of power had an issue and screwed up our "in the right direction" for personal gain.
7/20/2018 9:51 PM
10 I supported Sunday sales as a constituent and made a point to tell my elected officials that. While I
decided to take a drinking hiatus that started before the General Assembly passed Sunday sales, I
still support it. The motivation of the personal convenience factor was less the issue than the
principle of the reasoning behind preventing consumers to make that choice themselves. Also,
while I appreciate that Governor Holcomb has made the opioid epidemic one of his top priorities, I
am not entirely in favor of his policies to address it. Making Indiana "one of the worst places to
commit a drug offense" is just more tired, counterproductive drug war nonsense that will only serve
to further criminalize addiction. Also, Holcomb needs to become a leader on the cannabis issue.
He can come kicking or screaming, or he can take the plunge and immediately gain the
appreciation of a majority of those residing in Indiana.
7/20/2018 9:15 PM

12 Indiana needs to get out of the stone age when it comes to cannabis. Stop being bought and sold

companies to fire employees over the use of CBD, a legal supplement.

hard to tolerate. Curtis Hill should not have been where he was, especially drinking. Showed very
poor judgement. In the end he'll have to resign, hopefully soon.

26 It is not a “politics attack” when four separate women (from different Chambers AND different
parties) report inappropriate sexual assaults. And it is SHAMEFUL to then file a defamation suit

34 We need to not be the last state that legalizes Medical Cannabis. I get it...the politicians in Indiana
have their hands deep in the pharmaceutical companies' pockets, but there are patients who
desperately need medicine that works and doesn't make things worse (something pharmaceutical
companies have little interest in). It's time to look at the research and make reliable decisions, not
just play politics with peoples health and lives. Legalize Medical Cannabis for Indiana!

stores would close if we had Sunday sales? Hasn't/won't happen.

73 Indiana needs more attention on state energy policy and permitting utility customers more energy
freedom and choice to break the political influence of monopoly electric utilities. This is not just an
issue for residential customers but also large commercial and industrial customers. The Holcomb
Administration is giving this little to no attention.

76 U.S. Health and Human Service, HHS recently settled in court admitting they hadn't done any
vaccine safety studies or provided biennial reports to Congress, as tasked to them in 1986 by
Congress when liability for Vaccine Injury and death was removed from manufacturers. For 32
years our federal government has neglected the safety of vaccines. Vaccines are compulsory and
liability free. It's abhorrent that not a single local media outlet is covering this news. Most people
believe the lie that vaccines are safe. The 4th estate has a duty to citizens to report this. But
there's a nice revolving door that industry likes to keep well oiled. Perhaps they're looking for
journalists. RE: Rapey AG Hill; his $279k renovation for ONE room in the Statehouse ought to be
an impeachable offense. Taxpayers don't like being molested either. Re: Memo Leaker; needs
protection. Whistleblower status. That person is in danger. Re; IMPD lip sync challenge, I loved
how beautiful our city looked. Re; Opiate crisis, 16 States have sued manufacturers, the crisis is
coating Hoosiers $4B annually. There's a DEA whistleblower, lobbyists and Congress has
essential castrated the DEA. I'm sick of indistry getting a pass while citizens and taxpayers are
raped of their money to clean up the mess industry created. DCS reform; being hijacked and
narrative sounds to make them look like victims. They're corrupt AND failing and rewarding a
failing agency with $25M isn't just stupid or insane, it's SUSPICIOUS. And yeah, the IGA had
enough foresight to know how very much Hoosiers would need to get fall down drunk on Sundays
to help wash down the BULLSHIT that is their "legislative process". So, thanks for that, at least. I
guess. Whatever.

77 Myself and everyone I know is 100% against the IPS referendum. Too many years of fiscal
irresponsibility and wastefulness; not to mention that IPS receives more money than 99% of
districts, has a top (worst) 1% admin to student ratio and has spent $10 of millions of dollars on
repairs in recent years to schools that are now closed. So we will be voting no until the district is
serious about cutting overhead, can present a plan, and do more than just continuing to ask for a
bailout from taxpayers.

Q15 Got anyother thoughts you'd like to share? Answered: 84 Skipped: 318 # RESPONSES DATE 1 I’m running for State Rep to move Indiana forward. 7/21/2018 6:39 PM 2 How would you like to be one of Susan Brooks former co-workers at DOJ? Trump continually attacks them and crickets from Susan. 7/21/2018 6:14 PM 3 Indiana may be a red state historically but I’d rather see it as a state that would vote for integrity, democracy, and rights for all. If that changes it to a swing state then so be it. To remain a red state regardless is declaring the same posture of the current administration and the GOP controlled Congress, both which are stomping on the constitution and our democratic process. States need to do what they can to protect against an administration that is off the rails. I don’t see us as part of trump’s (35-40%) base who are so far right our civil rights could be at risks. But we are lumped into it because of the red state status. Turns my stomach. With strong, fair, and truly democratic leadership, we can remind any DC administration they need to mirror us, not us them. 7/21/2018 5:28 PM 4 Superintendent of public instruction should be on here too. She has done nothing... but change the state test. I guess that's all SPIs do now. 7/21/2018 11:58 AM 5 People need to spend a bit more time learning and remembering history before making judgments about politics. If they did, they'd see that both parties on the national level have had the same kinds of failures that are self-inflicted. It's when we look at each other with contempt that we start to come apart as a nation. 7/21/2018 10:01 AM 6 Declining tax income from businesses is NOT good for the state, especially the PEOPLE of Indiana. 7/21/2018 9:58 AM 7 Relegalize cannabis. 7/21/2018 5:39 AM 8 Who leaked the memo? 7/21/2018 12:34 AM 9 IN is trying to recruit younger people as employers and then imploded the Bird scooters. I think we are on the right track for many things and then gov't does something soooo stupid you know someone of power had an issue and screwed up our "in the right direction" for personal gain. 7/20/2018 9:51 PM 10 I supported Sunday sales as a constituent and made a point to tell my elected officials that. While I decided to take a drinking hiatus that started before the General Assembly passed Sunday sales, I still support it. The motivation of the personal convenience factor was less the issue than the principle of the reasoning behind preventing consumers to make that choice themselves. Also, while I appreciate that Governor Holcomb has made the opioid epidemic one of his top priorities, I am not entirely in favor of his policies to address it. Making Indiana "one of the worst places to commit a drug offense" is just more tired, counterproductive drug war nonsense that will only serve to further criminalize addiction. Also, Holcomb needs to become a leader on the cannabis issue. He can come kicking or screaming, or he can take the plunge and immediately gain the appreciation of a majority of those residing in Indiana. 7/20/2018 9:15 PM 11 Curtis Hill was against Cbd oil for all.. that makes him an idiot and unfit for that position anyway. He should be put through due process but ultimately he will need to resign. Oh.. and Legalize all pot and hemp products NOW! 7/20/2018 7:53 PM 12 Indiana needs to get out of the stone age when it comes to cannabis. Stop being bought and sold by big pharma. Governor Holcomb did a great thing with CBD. Indiana needs to stop allowing companies to fire employees over the use of CBD, a legal supplement. 7/20/2018 7:29 PM 13 I would like to medical marijuana legalized since a vast majority of the people want it legalized. Don’t let Indy fall behind 7/20/2018 6:45 PM 14 Medical Marijuana needs to be made available for suffering Hoosiers. It’s indefensible not to join the other 30 states 7/20/2018 2:28 PM 15 Medical and Rececrational Marijuana need to be legalized imediately. 7/20/2018 12:18 PM 17 / 21 Checking Your Political Pulse

This does a lot of no good to our country here and throughout the world. 7/20/2018 10:14 AM 21 I'm beyond worried and not quite terrified for our country. It's starting to look like Kruschev might have been on the right track and Nero is fiddling while Rome burns. 7/20/2018 10:14 AM 22 We need money for our schools, roads, and healthcare. No more EliLilly control, and no more privatized prison system funneling money into our govt. No more gerymandering, no more business donations to * political officials * No more religion determining our laws. Leave the dark ages and come into the 21st century already. 7/20/2018 9:49 AM 23 Indiana should be getting w/ the program and legalize medical cannabis 7/20/2018 9:45 AM 24 I don't think Trump gets any credit for the right things he's done, but personality wise he's pretty hard to tolerate. Curtis Hill should not have been where he was, especially drinking. Showed very poor judgement. In the end he'll have to resign, hopefully soon. 7/20/2018 9:38 AM 25 real rural, urban, x urban split in the state and country. i dont recognize republican party 7/20/2018 9:29 AM 26 It is not a “politics attack” when four separate women (from different Chambers AND different parties) report inappropriate sexual assaults. And it is SHAMEFUL to then file a defamation suit against the women you violated. The Attorney General should resign immediately and not drag our state thru the mud with further bad press. He should then apologize to those women and then get help for his problem! 7/20/2018 9:07 AM 27 Indiana needs medical marijuana to help combat the opioid addiction and to help our veterans 7/20/2018 9:02 AM 28 Let's get medical marijuana legal in this State. Raise taxes on the rich. 7/20/2018 8:53 AM 30 To be clear: AG Hill should have been contacted as part of the legislative branch's investigation; thus he was treated unfairly. But I believe he did get handsy with the victims. He is notoriously a drunk and shows up at many bars not acting as an AG should act in public. This is not the first incident. His actions would have been acceptable only a few years ago. Today, they require resignation. 7/20/2018 8:22 AM 31 Indiana needs to legalize industrial hemp and medical marijuana. 7/20/2018 7:55 AM 32 Our interstates are in ruin! It's like they are purposely helping Russia. 7/20/2018 7:51 AM 34 We need to not be the last state that legalizes Medical Cannabis. I get it...the politicians in Indiana have their hands deep in the pharmaceutical companies' pockets, but there are patients who desperately need medicine that works and doesn't make things worse (something pharmaceutical companies have little interest in). It's time to look at the research and make reliable decisions, not just play politics with peoples health and lives. Legalize Medical Cannabis for Indiana! 7/20/2018 7:48 AM 35 One party rule serves only the party in control, not the best interests of the citizens of the State or Country that party controls. 7/20/2018 7:14 AM 36 Please proofread question #13. 7/20/2018 7:11 AM 37 Kavanaugh will be confirmed, but Roe v Wade will not be overturned ,= n. INTER-state highways were never designed to go through cities; they were designed to cover open countrysides and long-distance remote areas at higher speeds in less time. Let’s keep to that policy and put any link underground, turning our concrete jungle into green space that eliminates runoffs, flooding, cleans our air and cuts down on pollution. 7/19/2018 4:58 PM 42 Indiana still needs adequate funding for long-term road and Infrastructure improvements. If he did not, he should fight with every bit of strength he has and then sue the false accusers. 7/19/2018 11:39 AM 63 the Governors administration is far too pro business and far too little “pro people” 7/19/2018 11:30 AM 64 With all the brew-ha-ha, I always thought that if Sunday alcohol sales are the biggest problem facing Indiana, then we do live a charmed life indeed.... 7/19/2018 10:00 AM 65 Abdul is the best! 7/19/2018 9:53 AM 66 Indiana General Assembly needs to utilize their authority of oversight much more. Two agencies (IDVA & ISDH) have NOT executed on laws from 2017 and several laws from the 2018 GA are yet to be acted upon!!!! 7/19/2018 9:30 AM 67 You don’t hire Voyles when you didn’t do something. 7/19/2018 9:27 AM 68 1. The Curtis Hill matter should have been handled in the back room before it went public (think Dwayne Sawyer resignation). He has yet to say that he didn't do anything wrong, only that the accusations are entirely true. That says something. He messed up and needs to walk away before he damages the party. 2. Donald Trump is a horrible human being. I am sick and tired of having to try to defend him. He is a narcissist - plain and simple. I don't understand why they don't impeach him and replace with Pence. Who loses? Maybe they're scared of trickle down blow back that might hurt the GOP candidates in the upcoming elections, but my guess is that more people will vote D as a result of Trump remaining in office. 7/19/2018 9:25 AM 69 I think there is a hidden agenda behind Hill accusations.. Political fight for Holcomb to stay GOV..and it started from Hills fight to keep GOP mission statement on marriage, as has been for many long years.. man and woman. 7/19/2018 9:10 AM 70 Trumps grade is due mostly to his PR follies as opposed to policy. 7/19/2018 8:59 AM 71 Less Democrats, less Republicans, MORE Constitution. 7/19/2018 8:27 AM 72 Remember when BSU prof Michael Hicks (on behalf of the liquor store lobby) predicted ¼ liquor stores would close if we had Sunday sales? Hasn't/won't happen. 7/19/2018 8:13 AM 73 Indiana needs more attention on state energy policy and permitting utility customers more energy freedom and choice to break the political influence of monopoly electric utilities. This is not just an issue for residential customers but also large commercial and industrial customers. The Holcomb Administration is giving this little to no attention. 7/19/2018 7:46 AM 74 Hill is an ass, no one liked him before this news either. It should come as no surprise to anyone who knows him. 7/19/2018 7:42 AM 75 Na 7/19/2018 7:07 AM 76 U.S. Health and Human Service, HHS recently settled in court admitting they hadn't done any vaccine safety studies or provided biennial reports to Congress, as tasked to them in 1986 by Congress when liability for Vaccine Injury and death was removed from manufacturers. For 32 years our federal government has neglected the safety of vaccines. Vaccines are compulsory and liability free. It's abhorrent that not a single local media outlet is covering this news. Most people believe the lie that vaccines are safe. The 4th estate has a duty to citizens to report this. But there's a nice revolving door that industry likes to keep well oiled. Perhaps they're looking for journalists. RE: Rapey AG Hill; his $279k renovation for ONE room in the Statehouse ought to be an impeachable offense. Taxpayers don't like being molested either. Re: Memo Leaker; needs protection. Whistleblower status. That person is in danger. Re; IMPD lip sync challenge, I loved how beautiful our city looked. Re; Opiate crisis, 16 States have sued manufacturers, the crisis is coating Hoosiers $4B annually. There's a DEA whistleblower, lobbyists and Congress has essential castrated the DEA. I'm sick of indistry getting a pass while citizens and taxpayers are raped of their money to clean up the mess industry created. DCS reform; being hijacked and narrative sounds to make them look like victims. They're corrupt AND failing and rewarding a failing agency with $25M isn't just stupid or insane, it's SUSPICIOUS. And yeah, the IGA had enough foresight to know how very much Hoosiers would need to get fall down drunk on Sundays to help wash down the BULLSHIT that is their "legislative process". So, thanks for that, at least. I guess. Whatever. 7/19/2018 6:36 AM 20 / 21 Checking Your Political Pulse

77 Myself andeveryone I know is 100% against the IPS referendum. Too many years of fiscal irresponsibility and wastefulness; not to mention that IPS receives more money than 99% of districts, has a top (worst) 1% admin to student ratio and has spent $10 of millions of dollars on repairs in recent years to schools that are now closed. So we will be voting no until the district is serious about cutting overhead, can present a plan, and do more than just continuing to ask for a bailout from taxpayers. 7/19/2018 6:34 AM 78 Washington could take a lesson from the styles of Dick Lugar, Bill Hudnut and Bart Peterson on how to handle political differences and work together to get things accomplished. 7/19/2018 5:34 AM 79 I wish the libertarian would get serious and stop making weed legalization their #1 priority. Tired of Indiana's Democrat Light party masquerading as small govt people. 7/19/2018 12:01 AM 80 Indiana Republican members of Congress are gutless cowards especially the former Marine. They have abdicates their role in checks and balances. 7/18/2018 11:37 PM 81 Sickening that majority of national political news stories are negative or insinuates wrong-doing. 7/18/2018 11:32 PM 82 I’m a republican considering voting for Donnelly because he seems like a good guy and I’m concerned about Trump having too much power. Haven’t voted for a D since Bart Peterson. 7/18/2018 11:31 PM 83 Think Indiana is on the right track, but feel frustrated that a moderate candidate for a major political office has essentially a zero chance of getting elected 7/18/2018 11:27 PM 84 Does the Governor actually have any big ideas of his own, or is he just warming the chair for the next Mitch Daniels? 7/18/2018 11:25 PM 21 / 21 Checking Your Political Pulse
