1. <br /> *** Media Alert *** <br />On July 18th, 2010 at approximately 9:30 PM EST, 9 people were shot in Indianapolis during a downtown event. All 9 victims are reported in good conditions. The detectives in the case have identified a person of interest into the shooting. The person of interest has been identified as Shamus Patton B/ M/17 DOB 04/22/1993.
