Case Management Systems (96 systems)
▶ ITSS identified a strategic opportunity to consider an
Enterprise Case Management Strategy
▶ ITSS engaged Thinking Big to collaborate on an
Enterprise Case Management Systems Strategy,
which recommended:
▶ Business Process Redesign for improving service delivery (“Phase I”); initiates
thinking on citizen-centric and digital-by-design; many unique systems at various
stages of their life cycles
▶ Identity Management for data sharing and access between departments; trusted
source of a citizen’s identity (Health, Core, Education); ability to provide a single
citizen portal for self-service from princeedwardisland.ca
