Employment History
I started my offshore career with Santa Fe drilling in the North Sea as a rig mechanic
in January 1990. Since then I have progressed through the industry, as a hydraulics
engineer and subsea engineer. I transferred to International assignments from the
North sea sector in August 2003. Working initially as shipyard project team on the
build of the GlobalSantaFe semi-submersible, Development Driller1 and then taking
up again an offshore position as the hydraulics engineer, offshore Gulf of Mexico. I
have been working international since then. Since transfer to subsea engineering in
2007 I have worked as supervisor on the drillships DDKG1 and Expedition. My
present position with Transocean is as Senior subsea supervisor on the 5th
generation drillship, Deepwater Expedition.
