Having proved the IQ Tech Pros’ model and sustained organic growth through the first 7 years of operation, we have secured funding necessary to scale the company using proven and repeatable methodology. Conservative estimates indicate that the company can scale to over $100 million in revenues by 2014 through the additional of sales and account teams, additional executive staff, and heavy PR and Marketing efforts. All revenue is for the year obtained—but most revenue is residual and is three times the value ($30 million booked, $60 million more over the life of the deal).
With an established model in place, we are building out the executive team with professionals who have experience leading companies through substantial growth phases.
Resellers may find a project that includes 5 pieces (Salesforce, Great Plains, and HR application and two custom apps) but only has the resources on bench to handle 3 of the 5 components. They don’t want to hire someone when they don’t have the bid yet (but need help putting it together), they don’t want to find another reseller partner who may be able to integrate 4 of the five, for risk of introducing a competitor to the account. So what do they do? They don’ t bid. Or they join IQ Tech Pros and add 19,000 people to their bench in seconds!Other big resellers/VARs, like $800 million Mainline, didn’t even have professional services. They joined the network and pulled in 4-5 million of services their first year.Vendors have a lot of the same problems as their resellers, but also want to go direct, or need to augment their RESELLERS who aren’t bidding because they lack the internal capabilities to fulfill each component. They don’t get a lot of the business they could—because they can’t integrate (and their resellers can’t either).End clients can pay $350/hour through an IBM or Accenture.
