Coordinating and designing educational interventions at block level catering to 200+ schools In
conflict affected tribal regions of India as a Block Program Coordinator
Collaborating and mobilizingstake holders like the local governing body (Gram Panchayats/Village
Council), schools management Committees, Schools and Government education officers, local
political leadershipdirectly reaching out to 40+ village clusters across various Left Wing Extremism
affected villages towards developingholistic and safe learning And development environment for
children.
Successfully set up Village Education Committees that cater to the development of 56 schools ( an
average of 10 schools per village ) that includes primary, secondary and high schools with both day
boarding and residential facilities. Handling outreach initiativesof the organization through
Learning Centers, Child centric workshops, teachers capacity building and children’s festival
(Rangeela Mahotsav) and Summer and winter Camps for the tribal children. Model school
developmentas part of Bachpan Banao Fellowship for residential schools of 300+ children affected
by the Left wing Extremism where my role was of an Administration and Academic Coordinator
taking care of school operations along with teaching activities.
