Manuscript style
The language of the Workshop is English. All manuscripts must be prepared in MS WORD platform (version
2010 or before) and submitted in electronic form. Manuscripts must be printed in single-line spaced and have
a margin of 3cm all round. Illustrations and tables must be printed and incorporated into the text. The ac-
cepted paper must contain its tables and illustrations in appropriate places and submitted both in docx and pdf
formats as it should be appeared in the proceedings. The publisher, however, has the right to do minor adjust-
ments as needed to his own consent.
The title page must list the full title, short title and names and affiliations of all authors. Give the full
address, including email, telephone and fax, of the author who is to check the proofs.
Include the name(s) of any sponsor(s) of the research contained in the paper, along with grant num-
ber(s).
Supply an abstract of up to 500 words for all articles in English. An abstract is a concise summary of
the whole paper, not just the conclusions, and is understandable without reference to the rest of the
paper. It should contain no citation to other published work.
Include up to six keywords that describe your paper for indexing purposes.
Submit papers not exceeding 15 printed pages, including tables, figures and references while be
printed in single spaced lines.
Letterings
Times New Roman (Headings CS) font is chosen for the proceedings. Title and subtitles must be 14 and 13,
respectively both bold. The font size for the text body must be 12. Table and figures should be both 12 bold.
Reference style
References from international sources are expected. References should be quoted in the text as name and year
within brackets and listed at the end of the paper alphabetically. Where reference is made to more than one
work by the same author published in the same year, identify each citation in the text as follows: (Collins,
1998a), (Collins, 1998b). Where three or more authors are listed in the reference list, please cite in the text as
(Collins et al., 1998). References in other languages must be listed in English with quotation of “original in . .
.” in brackets.
All references must be complete and accurate. If necessary, cite unpublished or personal work in the text but
do not include it in the reference list. References should be listed in the following style:

Illustrations
Supply each illustration in its desired place, with the lead author's name and the figure number. Supply origi-
nal photographs with a resolution not less than 250 dpi in .png or .tif formats.
Permissions
It is the author's responsibility to obtain written permission to reproduce (in all media, including electronic)
material which has appeared in another publication.
Further Information
Proofs will be sent to the author for checking. This stage is to be used only to correct errors that may have been
introduced during the production process. Prompt return of the corrected proofs, preferably within two days of
receipt will be appreciated. Otherwise, the publisher will proceed to its own consent.
