I have known CliffPost for over 15 years and had the opportunity to work with him
directly from 1996 to 2001. We worked together in a highly challenging
engineering and manufacturing environment at the Research and Development
Center for Moore Corporation (now RRDonnelley) in Grand Island ,NY.
The main areas of focus in the R&Dcenter were proprietary digital and
conventional printing equipment development and manufacture, materials
development for inks, papers and adhesives. In addition, the Systems Fabrication
division within the R&Dcenter managed worldwide systems installation, service
and supply management. This was exclusively for use within the printing facilities
of the corporation. Cliffhad progressive career advancements from Engineer to
Director within all these areas during our association. He managed Moore
Specialty Coatings and our Systems Fabrication divisions simultaneously while
consistently meeting revenue, profitability and on time delivery targets. Cliff
demonstrated strong leadership skills and was able to interface effectively at all
levels of the corporation. His work under my direction was very broad,
progressing from engineering project and manufacturing management, technology
and systems development to corporate print equipment strategic development
planning.
He is very knowledgeable, well-respected, hard working and a family man.
