DESCRIPTION OF WORK

receiving note, site materials receipt returned materials voucher, purchase vouchers,
materials issue vouchers, LPOs, delivery notes, invoices.

4. Training of storekeepers and accountants in all sites.
5. Making reports for director, manager and accounts department and sites accountants.
6. Tracking assets with sites and suppliers and following guarantee, spare parts and calibration
for all tools & survey instruments.
7. Making daily stock taking for movement material (accounting stock taking).
