Definition of a Brand Ambassador
Brand Ambassador is a marketing term for a person employed by an organization or company to
promote its products or services within the activity known as branding. The brand ambassador is
meant to embody the corporate identity in appearance, demeanor, values and ethics.
Present Scene
Journalist to owner: Hello Sir, I am from Jung newspaper. I heard a lot about your progress
in business world. You are one of the tycoon of business. I want to write a story on you that how
you raise your brand from lower level to higher level.
Owner: Yeah ofcourse why not. There was a time I think it was 1992, when I took my first step
in business world to introduce a Sunsilk Shampoo. It was a very tough time for me to take stand
in this world of competition.
Past Scene

Ordinary Ambassador: Can I change my look without damaging my hair. Now I can,
5 problems 1 solution Sunsilk, for dry hair, dull hair, rough split ends and long silky hair.
Because it worth.
Present Scene
Owner: After all this my business was in a great loss because my brand ambassador was fail to
promote my product.
Journalist: Then how you struggled for raising your business and product?

Owner: Was sitting in a tension
Secretary: Why are you so worried Sir? I have a great idea in my mind that I want to share
with you.
Owner: Yes you can
Secretary: The best way to aware the public with your product is through the scientist itself
who made that product.

and promotion of product. I would like to advice new entrepreneurs as well to choose a suitable
and best brand ambassador that increase their sales.

Conclusion:
The best brand ambassadors are a bit cheerleader and great at customer service. It is a
combination of using your time to create a positive image of the brand and to quickly and
skillfully handle customer complaints. If someone can do this and do an excellent job of creating
buzz about the brand, they will be a good Brand Ambassador.
