• Highland Learning International is the North American agent of
Seadragon Education Co., Ltd. Founded in 2015, Highland represents
Seadragon to explore the talent market of North America in order to
recruit qualified professionals to teach English as well as other
subjects in China

• Salaries range from 1,200 to 1,500 USD per month for all the 12
months of each contract year
• Additional income from extracurricular/extramural instructing and
tutoring, based on experience
• Insurance and housing provided; optional stipend available upon
request if you choose to make your own housing arrangements
• The cost of living in Shenzhen and Chengdu is roughly 1/3 to 1/5 of
that in the United States.

21. Main Job Responsibilities
• Teach English as well as other subjects in English to students in the
public and private preschools and K-12 school systems
• Plan and deliver lessons using either Seadragon designed materials or
curricula certified by China’s Ministry of Education
• Evaluate student progress and provide ongoing guidance and
coaching
