Hélio Jorge Silva Vaz is a Portuguese food technologist currently pursuing a Masters in Food Technology. He has over 2 years of work experience as a junior food technologist at two Portuguese companies, Atlantic Meals and Queijos da quinta, where he performed duties related to quality control, food safety systems (HACCP), and product batch definition. He holds a degree in Food Engineering from Escola Superior Agrágria de Santarém and a certificate in health and safety. He is proficient in English and has basic skills in Spanish.
