My career main focus has been in the retail food business, where I specialize in the management of Deli
products.
Food Retail, Innovation and Development, Quality Control and Food Manager.
I have visited the main food plants in Europe and have knowledge of the entire European food area
More than 15 years of experience in product development and supervising the supliers and consumers
needs and relations.
In order to meet the market need for new products, I managed the development of innovative products.
