My mom and I then began to search harder than we had before. The next day we found a very adorable dog. On the website they did not have much

Then I remember the lady asking us if we had a name for him. We responded that we were deciding between Falcon and Jasper. The meeting went

Boomer was one of the best dogs I ever had; he was a yellow Labrador Retriever. Ever since I was born, he had been my friend. I remember a few years
ago, I was laying on the floor of my room and Boomer laid down with me, putting his arm over my back. He brought me great joy. I remember him as
playful, caring, and a pretty big dog. He would never growl at me and was always eager to meet new people. Boomer was my to go to if I wasn't feeling

we love. After, people say that they completely understand death and what it means. There are many times in my own life where I think that I have

certain look, and I immediately knew what was wrong. It seemed as in an instant I broke into a screaming tear. No, my dog is not dead, well yet
anyway. On the way home my dad was telling me that she wouldn't eat, drink and she couldn't even get up to relieve herself. He said that she had
completely given up. Depressing huh? Well when we got home I could not think of anything else to do but lay down next to her. After about ten
minutes of being with her my dad said my mom was on her way home and when she got home we would take Malea to the vet to put her down. For
the first time in my life, I never wanted my mom to come home. As sad as I was, inside I knew that it was better to put her down then let her suffer
all because I wanted her. The time came and my mom arrived home. So, I picked up Malea and carried her all the way to the car. The drive to the
vet was the worst experience ever. When we arrived, the people there could tell by our crying what we were there for. So they got a room ready
and led us in. Now, these next few minutes were a blur. The next thing I knew the doctor was injecting the medicine into her. When he did that the

it up for you. It was a scalding Sunday morning and I decided I was going to go to my friend Jaylen's house to see his new pet dog. I got out of my bed
and threw on some clothes. I then hopped on my bike and pedaled my way to Jaylens house, which was 3 blocks back. I got there and rang the
doorbell "ding dong" I heard. Jaylen opened the door and led me inside.
