This is the SlideShare showing the profits of using the Design Thinking Process in creating your product.
Did you have experience providing the Design Thinking Process? What were the challenges you faced?
Do not hesitate to share your opinion!
2. Why Should We Use It?
Consider the users of your product — they likely
have some needs or struggles.
You may say that your product is already solving
your users’ needs without any design process. If the
market were frozen forever, it would be possible.
But mostly, we are in a situation where products
are continually improving. If you do not provide
great UX, someone will do it for you.

3. Empathize
The first step of the process allows to gain
info about users’ needs and problems.
This can be done through
qualitative and quantitative research:
Problem Interviews
UsabilityTesting
Diary Studies, etc.
Analytics
Surveys
Polls, etc.

4. Define
After gathering all information from users,
it is possible to select the crucial problems, solving
which will provide the most significant value.
@mrshell06
It can be done with these UXActivities:
User Personas
Jobs To Be Done, etc.
Customer Journey Map
Empathy Map
5. Ideate
After choosing the problem, it is time to generate
ideas for the solution of it.
The best tools here can be pencilwith sketchbook
along with brainstorming techniques:

Storyboards
Worst Possible Idea
Six Thinking Hats
SCAMPER, etc.
6. Prototype
Once the best ideas are defined and gathered,
they may be realized in a prototype for a rough
test among the team.
UXActivities for prototyping:
Sketches
Wireframes
Mockups.

7. Test
On this step finished concept is evaluated across
the users and clients.
UXActivities for the testing:
UsabilityTesting
Card Sorting
A / B Testing, etc.

8. Iterate
Gather the feedback, and if necessary, do not
hesitate to start this process again!
Remember that the Design Thinking Process is not
a linear, one and you can parallel steps if this is
needed.
