To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter to serve as letter of reference for Mrs. Heidi Kinsella, who I
have worked with and known professional for one year. I have had the pleasure
of working with Heidi as the principal at Paris Elementary and I hold her in highest
regard. Mrs. Kinsella has worked as the Special Education Teacher and
consistently collaborates with her grade level teachers and SPED team. Heidi is a
smart and talented teacher who goes above and beyond expectations with her
students. She is compassionate and kind with her students. She is able to
maintain a learning environment that allows children to grow to their highest
potential.
In my experience in working with Mrs. Kinsella, I have known her to be a driven
and ambitious person, who as a teacher is ultimately concerned about the well-
being of the students that she works with, and consistently advocates for them.
She also is a consummate professional and an ideal employee as she has never
exhibited any attendance issues or unwillingness to be part of a team. Mrs.
Kinsella would be an asset to any organization because she is one of the most
committed and caring teachers I have worked with. As an administrator, I was
never concerned at all about the decisions she made or instructional strategies
she implemented in her classroom, because I always knew that she was first,
acting in the best interest of the students and secondly was acting in the best
interest of the Paris Elementary. This makes her a dynamic, caring and
exemplary employee.
Should you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me. It
would be my pleasure to visit with you about a very talented and highly thought
of teacher.
Sincerely,
Lisa Jones
Principal
Paris Elementary
