Job description:
1. Quality system Manager:
Establish Policy, Manual and objectives of the quality system.
Establish, implement and maintain ISO procedures and forms.
coordination of quality procedures, instructions, specifications, and standards to
ensure conformance to ISO standards and customer specifications and
requirements
Provide periodic quality summary reports for Management Review
Educate and train employees on quality and continuous improvement concepts
Ensure that all new staff is inducted into the requirements of the QMS related to
their own roles and responsibilities.
Ensure that an internal audit program is adopted to verify that the QMS conforms to
planned arrangements and is effectively implemented and maintained.
Ensure that the performance of the QMS is reviewed at planned intervals to
ensure its continuing the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness the system by
Auditing.
Following up the appropriate corrective and preventive actions when discovering
unconformity case and ensure that it has been terminated.
Analyze data on the effectiveness of the QMS and evaluate where continual
improvements of the QMS can be made.
Co-ordinate continual improvements of the QMS, ensuring that evidence of
corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and review.
2. ISO Document Controller:
Implement the Quality Management System (QMS)
Issue, review or cancel all the procedures and forms in the system according to
the quality assurance manager, or procedure representative request.
Control all the outsourcing documents (certificates, manuals, standards … )
Ensure that the document control procedure is adopted to approve, review and
update all changes to critical documents
Ensure that records are implemented and maintained to provide evidence that
quality management control (QMC) is following the QMS.
3. 3. ISO Internal Auditor (Lead Auditors):
plan the audit, Lead auditors and supervise execution of internal audit

activities
Audit all procedure and forms in the company
Collect, analyze and examine company records to ensure that proper
compliance based on laws and regulations of QMS
Summarize and prepare finding reports
Follow up unconformity states and ensure implementing corrective or
preventive actions.
Record recommendations for all process.
