A pioneer in the ship chandelling industry in UAE and a flagship company of EMS Seven Seas ASA having global
presence in 16 countries.
Designation: Quality Assurance Manager
Main functions
 Implementation and development of the HSEQ manuals (system and procedures) by continually
updating necessary amendments and changes to be abreast with current trends of best practices.
I played a key role in maintenance of a continual balance of all interrelated operational functions
processes /procedures of HR, Procurement ,Operations, Warehousing, Logistics, Information technology,
C & F, Port operations & Global supply chain.
 Monitoring on adherence of all set processes and procedures for quality management , control of
environmental aspects, HACCP and food safety controls, measures of Safety and Security. This system
was implemented in 5 facilities in the GCC ( UAE, Bahrain, Qatar , Oman ) and Djibouti-Africa and
managed centrally by me in UAE.
 Adhere to responsibilities of a Management Representative by heading the Quality Assurance department

 An active role in managing the company profile updated, addressing cus tomer’s periodic questionnaires
,submission documentation for bids and tenders , review of contract documents and identify anomalies
,if any, on behest of the marketing division.
 Developed protocols for Emergency evacuations, Business continuity and disaster management,
Investigation and review of reports on accidents and incidents, Implemented control measures for safe
fork lift operation , external safe driving, port safety etc.
 Creating training modules with effective presentation and training skills that led to development of
Awareness and Training on Quality Management system, Environmental and safety risk assessments,
ISO standards, HACCP implementation, Warehouse safety, Disaster management and Business

Achievements
 Secured the ISO certification in 2012 to the ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 standards to all
our offices in Bahrain , Qatar , Oman and Djibouti .
 Secured the ISO14001:2004 & ISO22000:2005 certification was awarded to the Dubai facility in 2011,
subjected to certification audits by Bureau Veritas.
 Extended the scope of the internal audits from just the Head office facilities to the six satellite offices at
ports within the UAE and 3 branches at Djibouti, Bahrain and Qatar.
 Audits conducted by External agencies, customers and US vet's have appreciated the Quality
management system.
 Conducted trainings for all 550 staff in awareness of ISO standards, food safety, HACCP, warehouse
safety & Incident reporting.
 Developed and implemented a vendor management system that incorporates results of vendor audits
