Objectives
To obtain an entry-level Electronics Test Technician position within the Industrial Electronics
Engineering industry. This position will require my skills in verifying and troubleshooting electrical
problems.
Skills
During the last two years of attending ITT Technical university we have acquired an
abundance of theory as well as hands on experience summarized below.
Set up standard test apparatus or devises test equipment and circuitry to conduct functional,
operational and environmental test to evaluate performance and reliability of prototypes or
production models.
Analyze and interpret test data.
Adjust, calibrate, align and modify circuitry and components and record effect on unit
performance.
Diagnoses of electrical or mechanical malfunctions or failures of operational equipment.
Operate, switch panels, generator windings, solenoid and other electrical equipment and
components and PLC’s and microprocessors to create/build a variety of projects.
Read dials, or digital displays from digital multi-meters, oscilloscope and other test equipment
which indicate electronic characteristics , such as voltage, frequency, distortion, inductance
and capacitance to verify functionality or troubleshoot problems.
Examine layout and installation of writing, cables, subassemblies, hardware and components
to detect errors.
Assemble experimental circuitry (breadboards) or complete prototype models according to
engineering instructions, technical manuals and knowledge of electrical systems and
components.
