Column Designer
Previously, there were only two fields (Current Pay Range and Final Pay Range) in the min-mid-max format. With
this release, minimum, midpoint, and maximum are available as independent fields per Current Pay Range and
Final Pay Range. Adding fields to the Column Designer reduces the Administrator's work load, potential
configuration errors and use of custom fields. Additionally, the system converts values for the fields when you
change the currency view.

Custom Validations
With this release, you can define up to five custom validations for fields in Compensation templates and configure
how the system responds when validations fail, with either a warning or an error. The system processes the
worksheet only after the error is corrected. Previously, the maximum number of validations per template was

introduced. The expansion of Executive Review filtering includes long waited capabilities to:

• Filter based on standard or custom reportable columns, similar to Excel-based filters.
• Filter on the basis of field type: for example, contains for string fields, between for date fields, greater than for
number fields, and so on.
• Clear all selected attributes of an applied filter.

• Filter on compa ratio and range penetration.
• Filter for Compensation planners.
• Filter on whether there are entries for any comments field.

insecure XSL tags that could cause security issues during the statement generation. The setting is deleted now to

With 1H 2021 release, you can download the output files of Calibration, Succession, and Compensation and
Variable Pay reports from My Jobs page within View Schedules in Report Center. Previously, these reports were
available for download on the Scheduled Reports page in classic view.

As in alignment with the retention period of all reports, you can now download a Compensation and Variable Pay
reports from My Jobs in Report Center only up to 14 days after job completion, irrespective of the report type.
Beyond 14 days, the download links of the reports are disabled. The previously configured retention periods don't
apply, and you can no longer configure the retention period of any report.
