 Completed the full implementation of SAP ERP 3 months ahead of plan.
 Reduced Class-A SKUs year end inventory by 60%, that saved M$ 3 of cash and working capital.

savings through negotiation and rebate contracts. In B+K MEC I slashed payroll/benefits
administration costs 30% by negotiating pricing and fees, while ensuring the continuation and
enhancements of services.
 Proprly classified and managed the different vendors type (Enemy/Servant/Partner/Friend).
 Built VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) system at B+K for Inks and Packaging items.
 Improved Nalco Saudi Operational Inventory metric, by reducing Inventory days of supply [DoS]
from 114 to 78 days, and Inventory days on hand from 105 to 51 days.
 Contributed to the utilization of slow moving items at Refrigeration Industries and Storage company
that generated savings of around $60,000.
 Improved port-plant, plant-plant, plant-customer material movement time and cost by services
providers development in both clearing and 3PL trucks logistics sides, that achieved a savings of SAR
450 / year at B+K.
 Reduced the purchase cost of Raw Materials at both Nalco Saudi and Hassan Abul Wood Working
factory, by ordering product mix that utilize the space in the incoming containers to the best level,
based on the item's size and chemical compatibility,
 Conducted “Process Re-Engineering” at Hassan Abul Wood Working factory, that improved on-time
delivery to be 90%, with stock out of 1%, and material saving of 10% through doors restructuring.
 Built Real-Time Talking Dashboard at B+K MEC, that keep management updated on-spot with
simplified data presentation and charts, as well as responding to user’s voice inquiries and
answering by voice and display.
 Managing the full implementation of SAP B1 at B+K MEC and ORACLE at RIC.
