 Attend daily TBT & JSA
 Verify operating range and engineering units (from instrument index and/or data sheet).
 Verify alarms/trips functions, priorities and descriptions (as indicated on P&ID& Alarm & trip index).

 Communicate discrepancies/faults to lead technicians and specialists.
 Perform C & E Testing.
 Fill out B Sheet evidence of testing data.
 Field technician Supervision-Provide daily direction and oversight of loop checking crews.
 Develop PTW Packs, obtain area authority signatures, submit permits.
 Primary Permit Applicant and Permit holder signature and responsibilities.
 Perform Daily TBT & JSA.
 ISCT B Sheet witness / review signature.
 Submit completed B sheets to MC.
 Raise purchase orders for materials to clear commissioning punch items.
 Manage loop folders and packages.
 Verify device configuration (Tag#, calibration range, engineering units, failure modes).
 Perform device loop check.
 Identify field punch items.
 Field and Control room loop check witnessing
 Trouble shooting and Technical support for loop check technicians.
 Raise SIQ’s and IGQ’s
 Raise and verify MC commissioning punch items
 Manage vendor, engineering, construction and multidiscipline interface.
