got 50+ leads in less than ₹5,000?
‘आश्चर्य किन्तु सत्र्’
1 Week Campaign from 7th June’15 – 14th June’15
OBJECTIVE
Objective of the campaign was to generate leads and sell flats/independent houses
in Krishna Paradise, an upcoming project of Shree Krishna Builders.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Age Group: 25-50
Location: Raipur
Duration: 7 June 2015 to 14 June 2015

CHALLENGES
There are many established builders have their projects in Raipur, major challenge
was to showcase Krishna Paradise as different and value for money project. Also
the organisation ‘Shree Krishna Builders’ was very new in Social Media, so building
trust among users and their project was a big challenge.
Existing Projects in Same Area as of Krishna Paradise
• Parthivi Province
• Wallfort City
• Indraprasth by RDA
• Salasar Greens
EXECUTION
Different posts were made containing details of the project. It contained offers,
schemes and features of the project.
Facebook Promotions were used to target and promote the offers, schemes and
major features of the project. However due to Facebook’s limit of using text in
images posts with single images were not promoted.
RESULTS
1. The campaign ran for 7 days and total 7 posts were done during this
campaign.
2. Posts done during the campaign received 642 likes.
3. 65 users commented on the posts and 42 users shared these posts.
4. These posts reached out to 53,876 unique users and was shown 64,270 times.
50+ leads were generated during this campaign
Shree Krishna Builders got 38 bookings for their
project, Krishna Paradise
EXPENSE
₹5,000 were paid to Facebook for promotions of posts to the
desired target audience.
Cost per lead: ₹5,000/50 = ₹100 per lead
Cost per booking: ₹5,000/38 = ₹131.57
