areket, while continuing its accomplishments in many important wind power plant projects in Turkey, recently completed the works on Yalova/Nordex Esenköy and
Bursa/Gemlik Kürekdağı Wind Power Plant Projects. hareket completed the setup of the 106m high dump system turbine type wind power plant which was first of
its kind in Turkey. Transportation and installation activities of projects were carried out by hareket. Road transportation was impossible because of the sizes of the
towers and blades so the upper part was carried by a special jetty, located in Yalova Fıstıklı, which was especially made for this project. In Nordex Esenköy Kürekdağı
Project, the blades have been transported from TPİ İzmir, the towers from Çimtaş and the nacelle and hubs from Gemport Seaport. hareket used a Liebherr 1750
mobile lattice crane with 750 ton carrying capacity, a Demag CC 2800 crawler crane with 600 tons carrying capacity, a Liebherr LG 1750 mobile lattice crane with 750 tons carrying
capacity and a Liebherr LTM 1200, Tadano Faun 220, Grove 170 as an auxiliary hoist during the lifting and installing processes. A Faymonville 4 to 8 axles extendable trailer was
used for transportation. Having started on August 2017, the works were completed on November.

101 Wind Power Plant Project by
now. Having started its first wind power plant
project in 2007 with Manisa Karakurt Wind Po-
wer Plant, hareket has undertaken works on
project transportation and heavy lifting on a
record number of wind power plant projects in
10 year time. hareket’s 101st wind power
plant project was the one hareket completed
in the past few days called Esenköy Kürekdağı
Wind Power Plant Project and it reached a total
2630,5 MW energy generation power. hareket
by having operated 2329 MW transport, 2150,
2 MW crane and 1303,7 MW installation has re-
ached an unbreakable record. hareket opera-
ting intensive works on energy sector, and has
transported and installed 45% of all the wind
energy investments operated in Turkey.

areket has completed its operations in Balıkesir Savaştepe
and Bandırma wind power plants which are undertaken by
Dare Construction. Within the project, a total number of
7 Goldwind turbine have been taken from Batı Limanı
located in Aliağa/Nemrut Bay, transported to Balikesir
and smoothly installed. During the transportations hareket used
two 6 axles Faymonville, five 4 axles Tırsan, five 4 axles Faymonville,
twelve 8 axles Faymonville, three 8 axles Tırsan Hydraulics and four 5
axles Faymonville trailers during transportation. And 300, 200, 120 and
100 tons carrying capacity mobile cranes were used during installation.
The operations started in July 2017 have been completed in September.

areket while continuing its operations by taking part in many
important projects, also provides crane services to Turkmenbashi
International Seaport Project which is constructed by Gap İnşaat
in Turkmenistan. In the project; a ferry and a passenger terminal,
a container terminal, a general cargo terminal, a bulk seaport,
shipbuilding and ship repairing facilities are being constructed in order to
extend the existing Ro-Ro and polypropylene terminals. The project value is
1.5 bn USD and it is being constructed as the biggest seaport in the Caspian
Sea. During the operations hareket has been giving crane services for steel
and concrete equipment in different weights within the project, was also using
a 45 tons and three 60 tons carrying capacity rough terrain cranes. Having
started in February 2017, works are planned to be completed in March 2018.

power plant project which is put into practice by Çorum Municipality. Leitwind
Company being the main contractor, hareket operates the transportation and
installation activities of Çorum wind power plant project, transporting 3 sets of
towers from Ege Tower, a set of tower from Temsan, the blade, nacelle, hub and
drive train from Bandırma Seaport for this project. In the project, LTW80 1000KW turbine with
40 meters blade span was used and it was reached 65 meters tower height. During the
installation, hareket has been used Liebherr LTM 1750 mobile crane with 750 tons carrying
capacity and Tadano ATF Faun 220 mobile crane with 220 tons carrying capacity while the
blades are transported with 4-5 axles Faymonville extendable trailer the towers, hubs and
drive trains are transported with 6-7-8 axles Faymonville extendable trailer. The project is still
in progress.

Istanbul Yenikapı Metro
Project, is transporting the
wagons produced in Rotem
Factory located in Adapazarı
to Seyrantepe Metro Station. The
33 tons wagons with 21,02x3,05x3,64m
dimensions are being transported
with 6-8 axles Faymonville trailer. The
wagons being brought to the field are
delivered under the ground, over the
rails by two mobile cranes with 200 tons
carrying capacity and a special lifting
device. There are 4 wagons in every
transported set. By delivering 2 sets on
each month, hareket will have delivered
14 sets of wagons within the project.
Having started in May 2017, works are
planned to be completed in February 2018.

T
he Ankara Metro Wagons which have vital importance
on Ankara’s public transport are being renovated.
hareket first transports the demounted wagons
coming from China to CRRC Sincan Factory, in where
the wagons are being mounted, then transports them
toAnkaraMetroStation.The41tonswagonswith22,87mx3,12mx3,64m
dimensions are taken from Sincan Organized Industrial Zone with
extendable trailers and are delivered to Ankara Metro Station.
hareket while operating transportation on a 40 km range, is using
8 axles extendable trailer in transportation and a mobile crane with
200 tons carrying capacity in wagon lifting. The wagons are delivered
on a rail with special wagon equipment and a mobile crane. hareket
will be operating 141 number of wagon transportation and will
complete this transportation during the year 2019.

between the dates 8th to 10th November 2017 in
Congresium Ankara ATO International Convention and
Exhibition Centre in where a wide variety of topics over
energy production both in the World and in Turkey are
discussed. In EIF Energy Congress, being one of the most important
organisations of energy sector, hareket has come together with the
sector delegates. In the platform, Republic of Turkey Ministry of Energy
and Natural Resources, Electricity Generation Company, Limak Energy
and Zorlu Energy were the greatest participants and energy resources
together with energy markets were evaluated and discussed in all
aspects. hareket attracting great attention from the participants, has
made important connections during the congress.

areket continues its operations on Çöpler Sulfite Expansion Project run by GAP Insaat.
When the works are completed, 5,000 tons sulfite ore per day will be processed in the
plant. Within the project, hareket is installing a total number of 8 thousand tons
steel and 68 steel tanks and equipment between 2m to 21m by cranes. In the project,
hareket is using 25 mobile cranes with carrying capacity between 55 to 500 tons,
3 crawler cranes with carrying capacity between 80 to 400 tons and 13 manlifts between 26m to 41m.
Having started in April 2017, works are aimed to be completed in April 2018.
