1. BREATHING LIKE AN ELEPHANT
GOALS:
- To wake up
- To get energy
DESCRIPTION:
- Ask the children to stand up and to separate their feet.
- Tell them they have to put their arms in front of their bodies and
interlace their fingers.
- When they are ready ask them to take a deep breath at the same time
they raise their arms as high as they can and when they exhale they
start to put down their arms and place them between their legs.
- Repeat 5 times
