I. MODULE NAME: Referral System
II. OBJECTIVES:
TERMINAL OBJECTIVE: To assist and or refer learners or their significant others in obtaining Referral services from other
people or agencies that might be more effective in helping them.
ENABLING OBJECTIVES:1. Understand the concept of referral action;
2. Determine situations which warrant referral action;
3. Identify partners for referral action.
II. PARTICIPANTS: Junior and Senior High School Teachers
IV. DURATION: 1.5 hours
V. KEY UNDERSTANDING/ CONTEXT: Assistance and Referral services rendered to learners or their significant others in
obtaining Referral services from other people or agencies that might be more effective in helping them.
VI. EXPECTED OUTPUT: Teachers can determine situations which warrant referral action and identify partner agencies
that might be more effective in helping them.
