a Self-Registration Code for the Class.
To enable your Learners to access LAB:
o Share the Self-Registration Code and the PIVOT POINT
LAB website address with your learners

class, when clicking on the Create Class tab
19. Admin Tools: School/Classes
Class name: Assign a clear and specific name to
the class/group. This is seen by the learners in the
class and all educators
Description: Use this to record helpful information,
for example, the assigned Learning Paths or Notes
for Learners
Campus: This will display your LAB School name.
Select a campus from the dropdown, if applicable
Self-Registration Code: Select ENABLE to open
the class for Self-Registration
Licence Used for Self-Registration: Select
'Student – All Access' from the dropdown
Open and Close dates (OPTIONAL): Select
ENABLE to add open and close dates for the class.
In ‘Learn’, these will be displayed under the tab
‘Past, In progress or Upcoming’

20. Admin Tools: School/Classes (Part 2)
Educators: Add Educators. This will enable you to work,
communicate and monitor the learners in the class
Learners: Following self-registration, new learners appear here or
click the Add tab to add existing LAB learners to this class
Recommendation: Add pre-built or centre-built Learning
Paths to the Class to direct your learners to lesson content via
the Learn tab and provide a filter when using LAB reports
Learning Paths: Click the Add tab and search for Learning
Paths using the Tag or Search functions
Qualification Tags: Available to help identify which topics
support each qualification through the pre-built Learning Paths
Recommendation: Add Learning Paths in the sequence you
would like your learners to access the lessons
