10. HOW LONG DOES THE
ACCREDITATION
PROCESS TAKE
Generally, the HLACT accreditation process
takes approximately 30 days to complete.
Once you have signed up to begin your
process, an application is submitted along
with the basic information regarding your
institute. This takes about 2 days to complete.
Then required documents are submitted
which take an evaluation time of about 2
days more after whose validation you are
granted candidacy with our organization.
The final steps, that is, the personal visits by
HLACT evaluation team members, take
about 10 to 15 days to complete the
collection of data, their evaluation and
conducting gap analysis listing the
shortcomings of the institute to overcome in
order to achieve accreditation. After these
formalities are completed, the institute is
granted international accreditation by HLACT
which they can display on their portals.

11. HLACT Accreditation Process
STEP 1: SUBMISSION OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Application enveloping details of
institution must be submitted.
STEP 2: EVALUATION & VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS: The data and documents are
assessed and verified by HLACT before the application is forwarded for further processing.
STEP 3: CANDIDACY/INSPECTION VISIT: With the approval of the application and granting
of approved status, an inspection team is deployed for the purpose of conducting audit
reports and collection of required documents. A processing fee is required to be paid to
the inspection team.
STEP 4: ACCREDITATION STATUS UPON SUCCESSFUL VISIT: After physical visit, final
accreditation fee is to be submitted which incorporates the grant of HLACT accreditation
status with assistance in improving education quality with the help of seminars, webinars,
training sessions, software resources and digital systems to implement further
improvements and new reforms based on international educational standards. This
nominates the institute to be eligible for continuous improvement as latest innovations in
the field of education are introduced.
