3. Tips for Facilitators • Put yourself in the other team members’ shoes – see their viewpoints, anticipate their possible actions • Be a ‘fly on the wall’ひそかに観察しよう! Imagine watching the meeting from the edge of the room – Are things progressing? Do people need reminding of the aims?
