It's very important to define what kind of meeting it will be:
To communicate plans, processes or policies; to encourage
the team; to socialize projects; to make decisions; to
monitor performance; to reach agreements and
compromises; to find solutions; to define strategies, and
others.
Define a specific objective,
communicate it and make
sure to invite those involved.

4. • TIP 2 STRUCTURE THE MEETING
The meeting should be structured by dividing
it into steps or moments, according to the
objective.
It is important to create an agenda for the meeting by
defining times.
Prepare supporting material if required and,
if applicable, plan and practice the speech.

5. • TIP 3 ECOURAGES PARTICIPATION
Listen actively to the opinions of all attendees.
Take on the role of moderator by giving the floor and asking
questions in which you invite all participants to participate,
ensuring that everyone's opinions are respected.
