that establish habitual ways of thinking &
behaving
 Positive affirmations plant healing .

3.  Loud in front of mirror
 Mirror reflects back the feelings you have
about yourself
 Will make you aware about the resistance
 Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara

4.  Good happens : Thank you, Thank you, That’s
terrific ! Thank you for doing this.
 Bad (?) happens : Ok, I love you. This thing that just
happened is temporary & has my good hidden in it .
I love you & that’s forever.
 Why mirror WORK ?
 Work because it is difficult at first
 After few days (21), you become less self-critical
 Now it’s mirror PLAY.
 Now the mirror has become your friend ( & not
enemy )

relationship with self.
 Do it in front of the bathroom mirror first &
repeat the same whenever you see a mirror or
pass a glass window
 Buy a small pocket mirror
 Write a journal capturing your true feelings
during your talks with mirror

7. 1. Stand/sit in front of the bathroom mirror
2. Look into your eyes
3. Deep breath : I want to like you. I want to
really learn to love you.
4. Deep breath again : I am learning to really like
you. I am learning to really love you.
5. Repeat with your name .
6. Throughout the day , each time you see your
reflection , repeat the above . ( Silently )

 Angry
 Frustrated
 Want to cry
 It’s quite normal....

9.  Write down your feelings
 6 hrs after the morning exercise, again write
 Keep track of your reaction to the exercise
during the day
 Is it becoming easier to say those words ?
 Have you started to believe the words which
you said to yourself ?
 Write down the learning, before going to
bed.

10.  Child & adult happiness
 Way to God’s love
 Love the creation of God more than God
 See yourself surrounded by love
 See yourself happy, healthy & whole
 Imagine your heart is full of love & overflowing to the
people you love ( sitting LR)
 Love = healing energy
 Let the love fill the entire room
 Imagine the love going from you & coming back
multiplied
 Love self . Love others. We are one spirit in diff
disguises
