SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:-
I have pursued my B.Com and MBA in Marketing with optimum blends of commercial
sales & marketing knowledge and nearly 12 years of hands on experience, presently working as

• Assists the Sales Manager in delivering and implementing the
short and long term sales plans of SBU marketing with sales
forecasts (yearly, quarterly, monthly and as required).

Had worked with an Indian Aluminium Company Ltd. (INDAL) (Feb’ 2003 to Dec’2006)
(Aditya Birla Group) as a Sales Assistant and coordinator
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Co-ordination with territory manager & Regional Manager.
• Co-ordination with manufacturing units for production planning. (Alupuram plant)
• Order Booking, allocation, match receipts of our clients for Alupuram plant and stock point.
• Achievement of sales and collection target, controlling and collection of outstanding overdue.
• Maintain WZ MIS Report: Region wise, Plant wise, Customer wise, & Segment wise on Daily
basis.
• Preparing MIS report in the various formats & Analyzing reasons for variances in the
estimated budget V/s actual Sales in consultation with all the regional offices.
• Co-ordination with customers for liability of various Sales Tax Form collections.
• Providing support to SBU Head and Business Finance with data analysis for decision making.
• To generate the various report from the Oracle. Like Dispatches, Pending order report &
Ledger for all key accounts customer & Validation & checking of all the above mention reports
to ensure the purification of information to the end user.
• Timely review of Cr. Limits and revised payment terms.
• Coordination with IT / design team for ensuring that business needs are correctly identified
and captured.
• Preparing Quotations and New die Enquiries for new and existing customers and dealers,
agents
• Preparing Request for Credit notes for Commission and cash discount to Consignment
agents / Dealers.
• To prepare the last year sales & Current Year sales, to collect the new upcoming project in
west zone, to find out what will be requirement for the next year.
