(graph 3).
-Since the 1 and Brazilian case of yesterday, the virus presents outbreaks , on 5 continents (graph 4).
- “Top 3”: Korea, Italy, Japan .. and I worked with the IT team (thank you Fred) to offer you a very complete graph(5).

-Good knowledge of the disease, to anticipate individual risks (graph 6). The input of Chinese colleagues was essential, for these
"key" data, for medical purposes (preventive & curative).
- “Relative” appearance of many cases in Western Europe (Germany + 8, Spain +6, France +5 ...)
- Keep a cool , while being vigilant, because the dynamics are there (different alert levels / 3 plan levels); equation to
dimensions:
Wuhan (33.5 k cases remaining) = 100 x (!) Italy (: +/- 300 cases)> 1000 x France (: less than 30 cases).
-Two questions: 1 / Households / Cluster or epidemic situation? : currently 2 recent cases (including a death - 60-year-old man
professor at Creil- yesterday at the hospital La Pitié), which we can hardly trace (neither travel, nor contact person) 2 / Strong
possibility of being contagious ( “Healthy carrier”), a few hours before symptoms (cough - fever, etc.).
-Even if some scenarios are pessimistic in terms of planetary contamination (for some more than 40% of individuals could be
infected), let's not forget that we heal in more than 98% of cases and that 8/10 the symptoms are minor ( or even unnoticed?)
and that with each passing day, science advances.

-Bien connaître la maladie, pour anticiper les risques individuels (iconographie 6 ). L’input des collègues Chinois, a été essentielle, pour
ces datas “clés”, à des fins médicaux (préventifs & curatifs).
-Apparition “relative” de nombreux cas en Europe de l’Ouest (Allemagne +8,Espagne +6, France +5...)
-Garder la tête froide, tout en étant vigilant, car la dynamique est la (différents niveaux d’alerte / 3 niveaux de plan); équation aux
dimensions :

-Deux questions : 1/ Foyers/ Cluster ou situation épidémique ? : actuellement 2 cas récents (dont un décès -homme de 60 ans
professeur à Creil- hier à La Pitié) , que nous avons du mal a tracer (ni voyage, ni personne “contact”) 2/ Forte possibilité d’être
contagieux (“porteur sain”), quelques heures avant les symptômes (toux - fièvre, ..).
-Meme si certains scénarios sont pessimistes en terme de contamination planétaire (pour certains plus de 40% des individus pourraient
être infectés), n’oublions pas que nous guérissons dans plus de 98% des cas et que 8/10 les symptômes sont mineurs (voire
inaperçus?) et que chaque jour qui passe, la science avance.

Total to date ( data at 9:11 am Seoul time) in South Korea: 1,261 confirmed cases / 24 cured / 12 deceased / 44,981 suspects / 16,734 under
diagnosis / 28,247 negative tests / ratio: 2/3 men and 1/3 women.
2. Maximum red alert since February 23, 2020 following the case of a “super-spreader” member of a cult (250,000 members in Korea, including a
branch in Wuhan) who refused to be tested and who attended 4 masses, infecting more than 1200 members who have scattered in the metropolis
of Daegu but also in Seoul in the capital in the meantime…
3. Korea is following the Chinese model with the establishment of hospitals and community centers by referent districts to be contacted beforehand
to be able to be welcomed in the isolation zone, diagnosed and treated if necessary.
4.The metropolis of Daegu and Changdo (neighboring) are blocked (see iconography) and in quarantine (stop of land transport, rails, air). Many
countries (19) take the decision to ban flights from the epicenter region (Daegu) and even from Korea. This trend is likely to accelerate in the
coming days.
5 The schools are at a standstill, resumed on March 9, but evolving. This scenario is “deja-vu” in China… Companies are starting to introduce
telework, but are waiting for government directives to impose it. Many places usually visited (kids cafes, shopping centers, parks, tourist areas) are
avoided, but not on the same level as the deserted streets that we had in China.
6 Psychosis and paranoia reign, pharmacies and supermarkets devalued (offline and online) in masks and hydroalcoholic gel.

1. Total a ce jour (données a 9h11 Seoul time) en Coree du Sud: 1261 cas confirmes/ 24 gueris / 12 decedes/ 44981 suspectes
/ 16734 en cours de diagnostic / 28247 testes negatifs / ratio: 2/3 hommes et 1/3 femmes.
2. Alerte rouge maximale depuis le 23 février 2020 suite au cas “super-spreader” membre d’un culte (250 000 membres en Coree,
dont une branche a Wuhan) ayant refuse de se faire tester et ayant assiste a 4 messes, infectant plus de 1200 membres qui se sont
disséminés dans la métropole de Daegu mais également a Seoul dans la capitale entre temps…
3. La Coree suit le modele chinois avec mise en place d’hopitaux et centres communautaires par districts referents a contacter au
préalable pour pouvoir être accueilli en zone d’isolement, diagnostique et traite au cas échéant.
4. La metropole de Daegu et Changdo(avoisinante) sont bloquees (cf iconographie) et en quarantaine (arrêt des transports
terrestres, rails, aériens). De nombreux pays (19) prennent la decision d’ interdire les vols en provenance de la region epicentre
(Daegu) et voire meme de la Coree. Cette tendance va probablement s’accelerer dans les jours a venir.
